FINDUWII Inflatable Pool Floaties
Check Condition
Each float needs to be thoroughly inspected for use to make sure there are no
punctures or tears present. Please check if the pool floaties you received is
in good condition!
If the floaties were leaking, or the seams coming apart, or other damage
issues, please stop using it immediately and contact us within 30 days of the
invoice date, to replace it for you as soon as possible.
Remove the Smell
Plastic pool fioaties often have a smell for days after you take them out of packaging. It’s best to take some steps before using new pool floaties.
- STEPl: Air out the Smell
Place the pool floaties outdoors for several hours or longer, so it can off- gas a bit. Unfold pool floaties, the more surface area it has, the more the smell can off-gas.
- STEP2: Wash it off.
Wash the smell off with a mild dish soap and warm water. Add a splash of white vinegar to help remove some of the odor from the surface. Allow the pool floaties to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
STEP3: Remove more of the smell.
Remove more of the lingering smell by sprinkling baking soda over the surface of the pool floaties, allowing it to sit for several hours or overnight.
Inflate Pool Floaties
- Open seal on top of valve
- Squeeze base of valve which allows air to flow inward.
- Inflate floaties slowly until most of the wrinkles on the surface are gone.
Keep in mind that there will always be some wrin’kles, so don’t try to over-inflate in an attempt to smooth them out.
- Push seal on top of valve fully into valve
- Push valve fully into floaties so that valve becomes flush with surface of floaties .
Because of changes in weather, sunlight., temper tm,e, pool floaties may lose air gradually, please re-inflate air in the pool floatles.
Deflate Pool Floaties
- Open seal on top of valve
- Squeeze base of valve which allows air to flow out
- TIPS: use “binder clip” or “drinking straw” to deflate you r floaties by applying pressure i to its valve. This method allows air out more eas·ily.
Clean Pool Floaties
Inflatable pool floaties are floating around in the water all day, but that
doesn·t mean that they are clean.
The chlorine from your pool will continue to break down the plastic or vinyl
while it is in storage, not letting pool floaties dry properly can cause mold
ad mildew to build up. Please clean it before you take it in your storehouse.
- Mix ¼ cup of baking soda with 1 quart of warm water.
- Sponge the solution over floaties and scrub the grime off with a soft-bristled brush.
- Rinse down with water hose.
- Dry all objects before taking them in storehouse.
Tips for taking care of Pool Floaties
- Do store your pool floaties in a cool, clean spot.
- Don’t leave your pool floaties in the pool overnight. The plastic or vinyl will break down over time due to the exposure to the pool chemicals, sunshine, and heat. If you are getting out of your pool, then take out the pool floaties.
- Do deflate your pool floaties after using to avoid flying away or getting damaged.
- Don’t over inflate your floaties. Sun and heat w·111 increase a·1r in your floaties.
