  • 2nd mode : High speed for breaking down ingredients. Suggested for liquefying.

Preparing ingredients

The ingredients to be processed need to be precut, peeled and pitted if necessary. Please note, very hard skin and pits can damage the blades of the device. When the ingredients are too big, the device may jam. Prepare the ingredients accordingly. Usually, a certain amount of drinking water or other liquids has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of the appliance. The proportion of the food and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the max level as indicated on the jar. Using blender

  1. Make sure the device is properly assembled. Connect the device to power supply mains socket.
  2. Insert ingredients into the jar (either through the opening in the lid or detach the lid).
  3. Use the knob to set desired speed.
  4. When processing is completed, turn it off and disconnect from power mains. Rotate the jar anticlockwise and remove it from the motor unit.

TIPS AND NOTES ON FOOD PROCESSING

Do not run the blender for longer than necessary. Do not over blend ingredients.

  • Use the pulse function when the ingredients are too thick or coarse to circulate within the blender jar.
  • Do not exceed the maximum mark.
  • The MAX line is usually a good indicator to prevent over loading, however some especially dense combinations of ingredients may still strain the motor. If the motor seems to be straining or running slowly, only operate for 10 seconds at a time, or reduce the amountof ingredients used. Adding more liquid can also help to loosen dense mixtures.
  • Do not blend heavy mixture for more than 10 seconds. For normal blending tasks, it is suggested not to blend longer than 1 minute at a time. If you need to blend longer, turn off the blender and stir ingredients before starting again. For each use, the continuous operation time should not exceed 3 minutes and at least 10 minutes rest time must be maintained between two continuous cycles. After the shutdown, it is necessary to let it fully cool to room temperature.
  • Some blending tasks cannot be performed effectively, such as: beating egg whites, beating cream, making mashed potatoes, ground meat, kneading dough, extracting juice from fruits or vegetables, etc.
  • Do not blend the following foods as they may be dangerous: bones, large hard objects, frozen foods or hard foods.
  • To add liquid ingredients during blending, pour them into the blender jar through the hole by removing the measuring cup.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean all the parts that will come in the contact with food prior to first use of the device!

  • Disconnect from the power supply socket before disassembling and cleaning.
  • The motor unit, the power cable and the mains plug must not be immersed in water or any other liquid. Wipe the motor unit with soft, slightly damp cloth only.
  • Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
  • NOTE: clean the device as soon as possible after each use. Avoid the residues to dry on the surfaces of the device. Rinse the jar, lid, blade assembly and measuring cup as pre-cleaning.
  • After processing very salty food or coloring food, it is suggested to rise the blades right away.
  • Jar, lid and measuring cup can be washed in warm soapy water or dishwasher. If hand washed, rinse and dry thoroughly. Note: all parts (except motor base and blade assembly) may be washed in the dishwasher.
  • Wash blade assembly in warm soapy water. Then rinse it under running water and let it dry upside down.
  • When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may discolor. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil, then clean them the usual way.
  • For fast cleaning in between preparation of different food, blender can be cleaned without disassembling: pour warm water with few drops of washing liquid into the blender jar. Close the cover. Fit it on the motor unit and give a few pulses. Remove the blender, rinse the jug under running water and leave it upside down to dry.

  • In case of stubborn stains use a little detergent and wipe over.
  • Dry all parts carefully before reassembling the device and storing it.
