Intel Installation **

Step 1

Assembling Intel fasteners

Step 2

Assembly completion diagram

Step 3

Apply heat transfer paste on the CPU and remove the protective film from the copper substrate

Step 4

Install the positioning screw of the radiator into the motherboard hole and install the gasket

Step 5

Install the back plate/screw on the hexagon nut/tighten with a socket

Step 6

Connect the fan cable to the CPU on MB_ FAN socket

AMD Installation

Step 1

Assembling AMD fasteners

Step 2

Step 3

Apply heat transfer paste on the CPU and remove the protective film from the copper substrate

Removing the AMD fixed heat dissipation plastic bracket**

Step 4 AM4-2

Install the back plate/screw on the hexagon nut/tighten with a socket

Step 5 AM5-1

Removing the AM5 fixing bracket

Step 5 AM5-2

Screw on the nut/tighten with a socket

Step 6

Connect the fan cable to the CPU on MB_ FAN socket
