Note:
Please turn off the mini printer while install and uninstall the ink
cartridge.

Open Interface Instruction
| File: Select file from printer machine. Click “local’, select the file and
then click open to choose.

USB: Select file from external USB flash drive. Chick USB”, select the file
and then click open to choose.
New: Add a new file.
Rename: Rename current file.
Save: Save changes of current editing.
Save as: Save as new file.

Add segments to printing contents. Click paragraph then a split linewill
appear drag the line between printing text and the printer will print the
content separately.

Adjust nozzle voltage, ink concentration, ink cartnidge type, DPI, pulse width

Export the document date in printer machine to USB flash drive.

Initializing the machine. Please note while choose Reset,all setting and data
on the printer machme will be deleted.

Start signal: A signal to start printing:
Key. Print manually.
Light: Start print signal through an external photoelectric sensor.
Distance: Start print signal by moving a fixed distance.
Timer: Start print signal after a fixed time.
Nozzle Setting

Nozzle Voltage: Adjust the voltage of nozzle (Default 9V). Please note higher
voltage may cause ink cartridge damage.
Pulse width: 1.8us by default.
Print darkness: Adjust the concentration of inkjet. (1-9. the higher the
value, the higher ink concentration display).
DPI: Adjust the dpi settings.
Cartridge type: Adjust the cartridge size between 0.5inch (DC127) and 1 inch
(DC254). Nozzle select: Select left nozzle or nights nozzle. Sync width: The
width of pnnted text.

- Add or modify bar code text.
- Adjust bar code format.
- Drsplay the text content below bar code or not.
- Adjust the height and width of bar code.
- Display the size of the text
Counter Edit Instruction

Counter Edit Instruction
| System: Counter system, octal, decimal (default)and hexadecimal.

Initial: The value to start counting
Stepping: Increase value by each print
Repeat: The number of times the current value will repeat
Leading 0: When the current printing value is one digit, it will add 0 to
complete 10 digits.
Solution of common problem
1 Q: What is the difference between water-based ink and solvent ink?
A. Water-based ink can support non-coated material like (matte) cartons ,
fabncsand other porous material. Solvent ink can support matenal includes both
porous and non-porous surface, such as plastics , glass, metal, pipe, stone,
wood board , MDF, aluminum foil, cable , leather, carton and other matenals.
+NOTE. All Phezer handheld inkjet printer adopts onginal HP solvent ink
cartnidge .
2. Q: What’ s the capacity of ink cartridge? How long can l use it?
A. The cartndge comes with 47ml and 72ml in capacity depends on the nozzle
size. A cartridge can print more than 800. ,000 times of a character measures
2mm X 2mm. Cartnidge life depends on how It actually works. There ma y be less
than one month when frequently used or up to one year when rarely used .
Note: Please cover the nozzle with protective cover when finish printing. It
can effectively protect nozzle from clogging and prolong the life of the
machine.
3. 0: What’ s the height range of the font?
A. Printing height. 2-12.7 mm / 0.08-0.5 inch, supports 1-5 lines print wit h
adjustable printing height. You can add multiple content combinations by
following . Select the text, click edit to adjust the font size, drag to

4. Q: What fonts does it include? If the size can be adjusted?
A. It has 20 fonts with adjustable size, including physica l and bitmap one.
You can directly input any Chinese , English, date, bar number, vanable batch
code, QR code or bar code by clicking on the screen without connecting to a
computer. Only pictures, hike a logo, need to be upload by U disk. Different
content information can be saved in the machine at the same time. (up to 200
messages can be stored)
5. 0: Can we erase it?
A. No ink is indelible. Most ink could be cleaned up by alcohol. It depends on
the matenal of a product, which has different adhesive force to ink.
Generally, the bnght surface is easy to wipe , and the matte and frosted cover
is difficult to clean
6. 0: How to maintain the cartridge if we don’ t print for long-period?
A. Tum off the handheld printer and take off the ink cartnidge . Clean the
nozzle with alcohol and cover with protective cap. Store with nozzle upnght at
a cool, dry place away from sunlight
