IMPORTANT
- The effective distance from the product to the router is 32 ft. If the network signal is too weak, please place the product within the effective distance or buy a repeater to enhance the network signal.
- This unit does not come with a TF card. Please purchase a suitable TF card. It supports 8G to 128G high-speed TF card (CLASS 10).
- Please make sure the network environment is 2.4GHz. (currently does not support 5G network).
- The screwdriver is only used to remove the battery cover to insert the TF card. Do not disassemble, modify, or repair this product yourself, as it may cause internal damage.
- Pay attention to the positive and negative terminals of the battery and install the battery correctly.
- Do not use batteries other than those specified.
- If the camera is abnormally hot or deformed during charging, stop charging immediately.
- Do not hit or drop the product, as it may cause internal damage.
- This product is splash proof, do not submerge the device into the water directly.
- Do not place the device in a fire, as it may explode.

Battery Charging
The Batteries inside the camera are not fully charged according to the
transportation safety regulation. Please fully charge the camera before using
it. Please charge the batteries with provided Type C Port Cable (adapter not
included)
Note
Please turn off the camera before charging
The power light will be in solid red; and will turn to solid green when fully
charged. It takes about 8 hours to fully charge your camera.
How to Turn On & Off The Camera
To turn on the camera
Long Press the ON/OFF button for 2s to turn on the camera.Then the Status
Light beside the button will be in flashing blue and the camera will prompt “
Welcome to use the smart bird feeder”. After the Camera is turned on, press the “Reset” button twice
in succession. It will prompt: “Please use the smart bird feeder to scan the
QR code on the screen.”
To turn off the camera
Long press the ON/OFF button for 2s to turn off the camera.
Then the Status Light beside the button will be off.
Set Up With Birdock App
Step 1:
Download Birdock App from App Store or Google Play. Follow the in-app
instruction to complete the entire set up process until the QR code shows up.

Step 2:
Camera Prep
- Turn on the camera.
- Press the Reset Button twice in succession.
- It will Prompt: “Please use the smart bird feeder to scan the QR code on the screen.”https://qr15.cn/E9f36R
Step 3:
Use the camera to scan the QR code on the Birdock App page. There will be an
indication of the successful connection.
REGISTERING THE SOFTWARE
- If you don’t have an account, please click “register”. You will then be prompted to register a new account and log in.
- If you have an account set up, just log in to start using.
ADDING A DEVICE
- Enter the Device and click “+”.
- Log in to start using.
- Long Press the ON/OFF button for 2s to turn on the camera. Then the Status Light beside the button will be in flashing blue and the camera will prompt “ Welcome to use the smart bird feeder”.
- After the Camera is turned on, press the “Reset” button twice in succession. It will prompt: “Please use the smart bird feeder to scan the QR code on the screen.”
APP Instruction
ASSEMBLE THE BIRD FEEDER BASE
- Pass the screw through fixing gasket A.
- Use the screw nuts B to fix screws with ON/OFF upper and lower gasket.
- Attach the gasket to the bracket and tighten with wing nut C.
ASSEMBLE THE SEED CUP
- Slide the front D and back E of the seed cup in line with the cup bottomF .
Note: Position the seed cup bottomF so the lowest part slopes towards the front piece. D
ASSEMBLE THE UNIT TOGETHER
- Slide the bird feeder top G down through the grooves on the sides of the seed cup as shown.
- Slide the bird feeder base up through the grooves on the sides of the seed cup as shown.
Assemble Bird Feeder

- Assemble The Hummingbird Feeder Attachment
Assemble Camera
Slide the camera through the opening of the assembled feeder as shown.
Wall Installation
Step 1
- Use a drill bit to drill two holes in your wall.
- Install the anchors to fix the screws. (Install on wood or tree skip this step.)
- Install the Mounting Bracket on your wall with the screws provided.
Step 2
- Put the Bird Feeder on the bracket.
- Use the bracket screw to fix it.

Screw the bird feeder directly on the pole Pole (not included)
