How to use this rest hand splint?

• Step 1
  • Insert 4 fingers into the corresponding finger holes.
• Step 2
  • Fix the thumb with the thumb strap.
• Step 3
  • Fix 4 fingers with a palm strap.
• Step 4
  • Fix the wrist with the middle wrist strap.
• Step 5
  • Bend the lowest wrist support forcefully to make it more suitable for your arm.
• Step 6
  • Fix the arm with the bottom wrist strap.
• Step 7
  • Fix one end of the separate palm strap on the palm obliquely 45 degrees as shown.
• Step 8
  • Pass between the thumb and the palm, and wrap the palm strap around the palm.
• Step 9
  • Fix another end of the separate palm strap.
• Step 10
  • Bend the palm rest to a comfortable angle.
• Step 11
  • Bend the thumb splint to a comfortable angle.
• Step 12
  • Bend the splint at the wrist to a comfortable angle. Finish.
