Button Function Description

  • “Function/Cancel” key
    Used to select functions or cancel functions.
    In the standby state, press this button to select the corresponding functions in sequence. After selecting the function, the corresponding indicator light flashes, and the digital tube displays its default working time. If there is no other operation, it will  automatically enter the selected working state after 5 seconds., the function indicator light turns to steady light;
    During the working process of the machine, press this button to stop the product from working, the digital tube will display OFF, and the machine will return to the standby state.

  • ·”+”,”.” keys
    Used to adjust time.
    After selecting a function, press this key to increase or decrease the function time accordingly;
    After selecting an appointment, press this key to increase or decrease the appointment time accordingly.

  • “Appointment ” button
    Used to activate the reservation function.
    In standby mode, press this button to enter the appointment setting. The appointment indicator light flashes and the digital tube displays the default appointment time. You can adjust the appointment time through the “+” and”-” keys. After setting the  appointment time, press “Function/ Press the “Cancel” button to select the required function. At this time, the reservation indicator light is always on.
    If there is no other operation, the product will automatically enter the reservation countdown after 5 seconds;
    In standby mode, within 5 seconds after selecting the function, you can press this button to enter the appointment setting. The product will automatically enter the appointment countdown 5 seconds after completing the setting;
    If you only set the reservation time without setting the function, after 5 seconds of no operation on the machine, the reservation function will be automatically canceled and the machine will return to standby mode;
    After the reservation function has been selected and set, before the machine enters the working state, press this button again to cancel the reservation function.

Instructions for use

  • Food handling and preparation
    Put the various ingredients that need to be stewed into the ceramic pot, add an appropriate amount of water (just enough to submerge the ingredients or a little more), and cover the ceramic pot with a lid. (As shown below)

Warm Tips:

  1. Please clean the ceramic pot with water for the first time.
  2. Due to the different water absorption of different ingredients, it is recommended that the total amount of food and water in the ceramic pot should not exceed 80% of the capacity of the ceramic pot, so as to avoid the expansion of food materials after water  absorption resulting in soup overflow.
  • Choosing a stew pot and preparing to start it up
    Add water to the inner tank of the machine body to the water level before placing the pot, put the ceramic stew pot with prepared ingredients into the machine body, and cover it with a glass lid. (As shown below)

  • Steaming and stewing or steaming mode food processing and related preparations
    (applicable with steamer configuration)
    (1) Put an appropriate amount of water into the body (2) Place the steamer basket on the body
    (3) Cover with glass lid

When you need to use a steamer to steam food

Steam and stew:
Add water to the body (i.e. the periphery of the ceramic pot) to the water level before placing the pot;
Place the processed food in the ceramic cup, and then put the ceramic cup into the body;
Place the food to be steamed evenly on the steamer, and then place the steamer on the steps of the machine;
Close the upper cover and select the start function to start working.

Steam:
Add an appropriate amount of water to the body (i.e. the periphery of the ceramic pot);
Place the food to be steamed evenly on the steamer, and then place the steamer on the steps of the machine;
Close the upper cover and select the start function to start working.

WarmTips:

  1. Before using the steamer, clean it with clean water;
  2. The bird’s nest and heat preservation functions are not suitable for steaming, that is, when using the steamer, the functions can be selected from quick stew soup, nutritious soup, nutritious porridge, multigrain porridge, dessert, and hot water stew;
  3. This product is a water-proof soft stew type appliance. It takes a long time to cook with a steamer. If you need to use the quick steaming function, you can purchase our electric steamer product.
  • Select function to start stewing
    According to the stewed ingredients, select the corresponding function through the “Function/Cancel” key to start the function;
    If you need to use the reservation function, you can also enter the reservation settings according to the actual situation.
    Both the stewing time and the preset time can be adjusted through the “+” and “-” keys.

  Warmtips:

  1. The maximum reservation time is 9.5 hours.
  2. Do not set long reservations for food items that are prone to spoilage or when the weather is hot to avoid food spoilage.
  3. You can make reservation settings after selecting the function.
  4. Product working time = appointment time + functional program working time.

Example: The quick soup needs to be simmered for 2.5 hours. If you want to drink the stewed soup after 7 hours, you need to set the reservation time to 4.5 hours and the “quick soup” program setting time to 2.5 hours.

  • Stew completion instructions
    When the stewing work is completed, the product emits a beep .. beep… function completion prompt, and the product enters the keep  warm function. The corresponding keep warm function indicator light is always on, and the digital tube starts an 8-hour keep warm countdown. At this time, you can press “Function/Cancel” ” button will cancel the heat preservation and put the product into standby state, and the digital tube will display OF”
    Among them, the heat preservation mode is divided into two situations, as follows:
    The product automatically enters the heat preservation function after the function ends: After the selected function of the machine ends, the machine will automatically enter the heat preservation function, and the user does not need to set the heat  preservation function separately.
    When the machine is in normal standby mode, select the heat preservation function to enter the working state: the machine will first heat for a period of time according to the established program, and then enter the heat preservation state, which is  generally used for thawing or warming.

Warm tips:
Do not set the heat preservation function after the bird’s nest function is completed to prevent the bird’s nest from boiling under continuous high temperature.

  • Description of anti-dry burn protection function
    During the operation of the product, if the water in the inner tank of the fuselage is boiled out, the product will emit a beep .. beep.. sound, and the product will enter the dry-burn protection state, and the digital tube will display “EOO”. At this time, you can  add an appropriate amount of water to the inner tank of the fuselage. The water cools the product back to the standby state, and the digital tube displays “OFF”.

Warm tips:

  1. An appropriate amount of water must be added to the inner tank of the machine body (i.e., the periphery of the ceramic pot), otherwise the machine will not be able to start working during dry boiling without water.
  2. If you add water to the water level before placing the pot to activate the function, and the food is not yet cooked after the water dries up, you can add an appropriate amount of water to the inner pot of the machine and extend the stewing time appropriately.
  3. When using a small ceramic pot, you need to place the tray inside the main body first, and then place the small ceramic pot. Do not place it all on one side. Try to keep it as centered as possible to avoid the small stew pot turning sideways during the stewing  process.

Warm tips:

  1. The stewing time of different ingredients is different, please adjust according to the actual situation.
  2. The heating logic of different functions is different. Please select the appropriate function according to the ingredients.
  3. If the reservation setting has been made, the keep warm function is not available.
  4. If you use multiple small ceramic pots to stew different ingredients, it is recommended to use the “multigrain porridge” function.
  5. It is recommended to soak peanut/soybean ingredients in water for 2 hours in advance before stewing in water.
  6. The hot water stew function requires adding preheated hot water to the inner tank of the machine to the water level before placing it in the pot. The water temperature is preferably 80-100°C, otherwise the stew effect and taste will be affected.
