Safety information

  • Batteries may explode if overheated.
  • The device has a built-in, non-removable battery. Do not attempt to remove the battery.
  • Do not smash or pierce the battery, or expose it
  • Do not allow children or pets to bite or suck the battery. Doing so may result in damage or explosion.
  • In case of battery deformation, color change, or overheating while charging or storing, stop using the device immediately and remove the battery.
  • Ideal operating temperatures are 0 to 35℃ .
  • Ideal storage temperatures are -10℃ to 45℃ .
  • Children should only use the device with adult supervision. The device includes small parts that may present a choking hazard.
  • Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations. Improper battery use may lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.

Start Using

  1. Fully charge the pen with the Micro USB cable before using it for the first time.
  2. Press the button directly, the LED Indicator lights up in blue, the pen starts up.
  3. The pen support most of smart phone, pad, tablet or laptop in the application of writing, painting and other function.
    Notes: Some Model Not support.

Turn On/Off

  1. Press button to power on/off the pen. Indicator lights blue when it’s on and lights off when is off.
  2. The Pen will power off automatically after it stay in non-written status at power on for 5 minutes.
  3. Indicator flashes blue if battery is low.
  4. Indicator lights red in charging and lights green when it’s fully charged.

Charging

  1. The Pen power off automatically when battery low and the LED Indicator off.
  2. Plug the Micro USB cable to the pen, and connect it to a PC or USB charger.
  3. LED Indicator lights up in red when battery is charging and not fully charged. If battery is fully charged, the Indicator lights up in green.
    *It is recommended to use a 5V 1A charger.

Troubleshoot

Q1.Why the indicator could not light on when press the button?
A. Please try charge it fully with the micro USB cable included and a 5V charger, and try again.

Q2. Why it could not charge? no red light?
A. The indicator light will be red when charging, and will be green when fully charged, if you could not see red light, make sure to insert the cable to the bottom without leaving a gap.

Q3.Why it could not work even it lights blue?
A. For the same operation, your device should react the same to your finger and the pen.
1, Check if the nib is loose, twist it a little and try again.
2, This pen does not support palm rejection or pressure / tilt sensitivity, make sure your hand is not rest on the screen.
2, If your device even can’t respond to your finger, check if there’s any setting in your device, this happens in some tablets.
3, If your device can respond to your finger, but not the pen, check the device setting and app setting, this happens to some ipad (turn off Apple pencil only) and Goodnotes app (turn off bluetooth in the app) or contact the seller for help.
4, If your finger can swipe left and right but the pen can’t, it is not compatible with your device.
