Product Structure
The Smart Valve Controller consists of the following components:
- Sealed waterproof blocking shell
- Mounting port
- Output shaft of controller

- Pull down the ring and turn on or turn off the arm to reset when the device is crash or loses power.
Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Select a suitable location for the Smart Valve Controller.
- Mount the controller using the provided fixing bracket screws, ensuring it is securely fixed.
- Connect the water pipe or gas pipe to the appropriate port on the controller.
- If necessary, adjust the position of the swivel arm and fix it using the manual clutch.
Operation
- To turn on or off the valve, pull down the ring and rotate the arm to the desired position.
- In case of a device crash or power loss, reset the device by pulling down the ring and turning the arm.
- Monitor the switch indicator to confirm the valve’s status (on or off).
Maintenance
Regularly inspect the Smart Valve Controller for any signs of damage or

Installation
(Gas valve as an example)

Find a suitable installation location

Install the two mounting brackets on the gas pipeline with two M6* 25 screws
( Note : do not tighten the screws first)

Adjust the fixed position and put the device arm handle on the gas valve handle

Tighten the screws and test.
Note : The installation method for adjustable bracket versions is similar

Notice：
- When the pipe is of DN15 type , the silicone gask et can be put on the pipe first, and then the fixing br acket can be installed.
- During installation, the r otation axis of the smar t controller arm should be located about 0~5 mm behind the valve arm r otation axis (as shown as below)
APP Download
Search “Tuya Smart” or “Smart Life” APP in the app store, download, register and log in. Or scan the QR code below:
Add Device To The APP
Easy Mode：
- Power on the device , turn on the Bluetooth of the smar tphone and enter the APP, tap the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the APP , and select ” Add Device”
- At this time , the APP will automaticall y search and disco ver the device . If the device is not f ound, you can pr ess and hold the device switch f or more than 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quick ly, that means the r eset is successful.
- Tap the device icon to star t network configuration, and f ollow the steps until the addition is complete .
Add Manually
- Power on the device , press and hold the device switch f or more than 5 seconds, until the indicator light flashes quick ly.
- Enter the APP, tap the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the APP, and select “Add Device”.
- Select “S witch (Wi-Fi)” in the APP device categor y and go to the next step .
- Enter the 2.4G band WiFi account and passwor d, the 5G band is not suppor ted, and go to the next step .
- According to the pr ompts on the APP, make sure that the device indicator flashes quick ly, and then go to the next step . If ther e is no flash then r epeat the first step .
- Wait and done .
Notice:
- When configuring the network, please mak e sure that the device is within the co verage of the WiFi signal. When the signal is weak, y ou can first mo ve the device close to the WiFi r outer;
- Please be sur e to use 2.4G band WiFi f or network distribution, 5G band WiFi is not supported.
How To Add A Remote
Note : Before adding a remote control, you must confirm that he device has been added to the APP.

Pairing method:
Power off the v alve controller and then powerit on, pr ess and hold the r emote control for more than 5 econds (not mor e than 10 seconds) within 2 minutes, and then let go , the valve controller indicator flashes once, andthe pairing is successful. -
Unpairing :
Press and hold the r emote control for more than 10 seconds and then let go , the valve controller indicator flashes twice , indicating that the unpairing is successful.
