Multifunction Button Operation

  • Turn on: Press the multifunction button for two seconds to power on the device. Green circle light will gradually light up in a clockwise direction, speaker function is indicated with the light breathing.
  • Turn off: Press the multifunction button for two seconds to power off the device.
    • The device automatically powers off after 10 minutes of not being connected to Bluetooth.
    • The device automatically powers off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
  • Play / Pause: Press the multifunction button.
  • Answer a call / End a call: Press the multifunction button.
  • Reject a call: Press and hold the multifunction button for a second.
  • Switch call microphone: Double press the multifunction button.

Wireless Button Operation

  • Reset Altus: When Altus is powered on, long press the wireless button for more
    than seven seconds to disconnect it from Bluetooth. After the green circle flashes green twice, it means that Altus had entered a pairing mode and had been reset.

    • Reset may be necessary if Altus is not connected correctly to your devices.
    • After resetting, delete the paired “HiFuture Atlus” from your device before
      connecting to it again.
  • Pairing two Altus speakers (TWS mode).

    • First, power on two Altus at the same time. Both of these speakers must be disconnected from Bluetooth (i.e., must be reset as per instructions above).
    • Next, long press the wireless button on either device for two seconds. This device becomes the host device. It is indicated with green light flashing and tone playing.
    • When both speakers are interlinked, circle light of both of them shine green.
    • Single pressing of any device enters the Bluetooth Pairing Status, and as the green light flashes quickly, it can connect with previously connected device.
    • To quit the TWS mode, long press any speaker’s wireless button for two
      seconds.

Operation Buttons

  • Voice Assistant : When Altus is connected with a mobile phone, pressing the voice assistant button wakes it up. Holding the voice assistant button for a second turns on or off the green lights.
  • Next track : Hold the “+” button for a second.
  • Previous track : Hold the “-“ button for a second.
  • Volume up : Press the “+” button.
  • Volume down : Press the “-“ button.
  • Indicator button:
    • Pairing : Circle light flashes green.
    • Calling : No special light indicator, green lights remain.
    • Low battery : Red light at the top flashes once a second, then flashes two
      times and goes off. Altus reminds of low battery once every five minutes,
      and after this goes on for three times, Altus shuts down.

Charging

Red circle light is only flashing on top of the speaker when charging. Once the charging is completed, the red light goes off.
