Product Information

The Tidy Buds Pro TWS Earbuds are a wireless earbud set that comes with a charging case and silicone ear-tips. They have a tap area, microphone, charging interface, and charging case indicator. The earbuds have an auto on and pairing feature, manual on/off,manual pairing, and reset options. The MFB instructions include double-tap, long-tap, short-tap,  and triple-tap functionalities. The product should be kept away from heat sources and water. High music volume can cause hearing loss over time.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Unbox the TidyBuds Pro set.
2. Charge the earbuds using the TYPE C charging cable provided. Refrain from using any damaged components.
3. Before using the earbuds for the first time, fully charge them.
4. To turn on the earbuds, remove the buds from the charging case and long tap L&R for 2-3 seconds until the indicator lights up. To turn off the earbuds, take out both buds and long tap L or R earbuds for 8 seconds until the red indicator flashes 3 times.
5. To auto-pair the earbuds with your smartphone, remove the sticker from both buds first, then put them back in the charging case for 5-10 seconds. Take out the buds and wait until one of the buds flashes green and red and the other bud flashes green once every 20 seconds.
6. Select HiFuture TidyBuds Pro from the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone.
7. To reset the earbuds, put both earbuds into the charging case with the cover open. Long tap both earbuds for 7-8 seconds at the same time until the red indicator blinks three times. Take both earbuds out from the charging case.
8. The MFB instructions include double-tap, long-tap, short-tap, and triple-tap functionalities. Refer to the product manual for specific instructions.
9. Keep the product away from heat sources, water, and humid environments.
10. High music volume can cause hearing loss over time. Turn down the volume of the music player before connecting it to your mobile phone, and then gradually increase it to a comfortable volume.

Please fully charge the TidyBuds Pro before using.

AUTO ON & PAIRING

Please remove sticker from both buds first, then put them back to charge case for 5-10 seconds and take out buds. The buds will flash Green for 2-3s, wait until one of the Buds flashing Green & Red and the other buds flashing Green 1 time per 20 seconds, L&R paring succeed.

Select “HiFuture TidyBuds Pro” from the smartphone Bluetooth menu. There is a voice prompt “connected” after succeed connection with smartphone.

AUTO OFF

Put both buds into charging case and close cover or disconnect with devices for 10 minutes.

Manual ON/OFF

Take out both buds and long Tap L&R for 2-3 seconds until indicator lights up to Power ON.
Take out both buds and long Tap L or R earbuds for 8 seconds until red indicator flashes 3 times to Power OFF.

Manual Pairing

After Manual ON, Double Tap L/R buds (not recommend).

RESET

1. Put both earbuds into charge case with cover open.

2. Long Tap both earbuds for 7-8 seconds at same time until Red indicator blinks three times.

3. Take both earbuds out from the charging case.

4. Earbuds has been reset, and they are ready for AUTO ON/Pairing.

6. Choking: The appliance contains small parts and is not suitable for children.

7. Do not place the device near heat sources such as radiators, hot air regulators, fireplaces or heat generating speakers (including amplifiers).

8. Do not use the device in places where you need to concentrate on the surroundings, such as while driving and the like.

9. Do not immerse the device in water or expose it to a humid environment for a long time. Do not use it while swimming or surfing.

10. High music volume can cause hearing loss over time. If you experience tinnitus
    (ringing in your ears), pain, or discomfort after using your ear audio device, the volume is probably too high for your ears.

11. To prevent hearing loss, turn down the volume of the music player before connecting it to your mobile phone, and then gradually increase it to a comfortable volume.

12. It is recommended to use the accessories specified by the manufacturer.

13. Do not expose the battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

14. Make sure that the power supply is within the specified voltage range.

15. If the device does not charge with AC power, unplug the cable from the USB-C interface.

16. Rely on our staff. If a fault occurs on the device, it must be repaired by a professional. The headphones do not work properly if: the power cord or plug is damaged, there is water in the device, foreign objects have fallen into it, the device is exposed to rain or moisture, or if it falls from a height.

Warranty Conditions

All new SOUNDPEATS products are entitled to a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
The proof of purchase proves that the product was purchased in the Alza.cz sales chain, during the warranty period you can then use the free service or you can replace the product.
The warranty does not apply to:

• Use of the device contrary to the instructions, use of non-original parts, or damage caused by illegal software.

• Disassembly itself or damage caused by disassembly and assembly by an unauthorized repair shop.

• The cause of the failure is caused by negligence or force majeure, such as accidents (fire, water, immersion, compression, external fall, etc.) and natural disasters
  (lightning, earthquake, typhoon, etc.).

•  Natural consumption, damage, wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as hearing protectors, silicone hearing protectors, batteries, etc.).

• The use of non-original parts is prohibited.

• Other unspecified items will be implemented in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where the product is sold.

If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product importer directly, you must provide the original undamaged proof of purchase with the original date of purchase.
Alza.cz’s liability for product failures and hardware defects is limited to replacement or repair specified in this warranty regulation. There are time limits in this warranty statement.
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
