SET UP

  1. Connect one end of the included Thunderbolt cable into the 90W Thunderbolt port on the dock. Connect the other end of the cable into a Thunderbolt or USB-C host port.

  2. Connect the included power adapter cable into the Thunderbolt Go Dock. Connect the prong end of the adapter into a wall outlet to power the Thunderbolt Go Dock.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Hardware:

  • Any Apple silicon Mac or iPad with Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C), Apple ‘Intel’ Mac with Thunderbolt 3, or any Thunderbolt 4 PC. Works as a USB-C hub on any USB-A (with USB-C to USB-A adapter or cable sold separately) equipped Mac, PC, iPad, Chromebook, Android device

Operating System:

  • macOS 11.3 or later for Thunderbolt and USB hosts, Windows 10 or later, Linux, iPadOS 15.1 or later, Chrome OS 91 or later, Android 12 or later

Driver.

  • Windows/Linux Users: An Ethernet Driver is required to be downloaded. Locate your operating system and download the appropriate driver by visiting: go.owc.com/realtek/driver
  • Mac Users: Driver required to enable Apple Super Drive, Apple USB Keyboard, and for charging iPad generations 1/2/3. Driver is packaged in the OWC Dock Ejector application download. Download the installer file by visiting: go.owc.com/dockejector

USAGE NOTES

  • The OWC Thunderbolt Go Dock is certified for Windows. However, we highly recommended to verify that your PC has the most recent BIOS version, Thunderbolt Driver, and Thunderbolt Firmware (if available). Consult your PC manufacturer to confirm your system is up to date. You may also review the following website for additional Thunderbolt information: go.owc.com/thunderbolt/updates
  • OWC Dock Ejector safely disconnects all connected drives in a single click. This application is also essential for download when using the OWC Thunderbolt Go Dock on a Mac and PC.
    • The Mac version of OWC Dock Ejector contains a driver that enables support for Apple Super Drive, Apple USB Keyboard, and charging for iPad generations 1/2/3. For more information visit the product web page: go.owc.com/dockejector
  • When connected over USB, your host may not supply video signal.
