    • If you haven’t set up a password yet, click on “Forgotten your password or having trouble signing in” to create one.
    • After changing your password, you will be redirected to the login screen.
    • Enter your username and password to access your DigitalMove Portal.

    • This is where you will meet your case handler and begin your DigitalMove journey.
    • Press the arrow to continue.
    • Answer all the questions to proceed with your DigitalMove journey.

    • Complete the form about yourself.
    • Provide proof of identity.
    • Ensure each section is 100% completed.
    • Read all the provided information and submit the required documentation.
  • Section 4: Authority to Instruct
    • Once you are satisfied with the entered details, sign the authority to proceed box.

    • Track the progress of your DigitalMove journey.
    • View the completed stages and those awaiting completion.

HOW TO USE

  1. Signing into your DigitalMove Portal
    • You will receive an email once the case is instructed.
    • Please click on ‘sign in’. If you haven’t set up a password yet, click ‘Forgotten your password or having trouble signing in’ to set one up.
  2. Login screen
    • Once you have successfully changed your password you will be taken to the login screen.
    • Enter your username and password.
