Trouble Shootings

Eggs stick to the rings?

A: 1. Spray inner wall of the rings with a non-stick cooking spray. 2. Remove the ring as soon as the egg is formed. Overcook will make it stuck.

Q: Egg leaks underneath?

A: 1. Cook on a flat surface. 2. Get your pan fairly hot (med-med high for a minute). When heated, place the ring in. 3. Put tablespoon or so of oil or butter on the bottom of the pan inside the circle, enough to fill the empty space inside and go up the inside of the ring a bit. This helps to quickly set the bottom of the egg.
