Troubleshooting Steps

Please check if Ringer off Icon” ” has displayed on HS LCD. End user may long press the “#” wrongly to set the ringer off
End user can long press “ ” key again to turn on the ringer. -
User may turn on “BLOCK ALL” feature, so the unit may not ring. When “BLOCK ALL” feature is ON, the unit may ring if the number is in the PB and VIP list User may need to turn this feature “OFF”.
Set block mode
- Press /OK when the phone is not in use.
- Press to scroll to CALL BLOCKER, and then press /OK to select.
- Press to scroll to SETTINGS, and then press /OK to select.
- Press /OK again to choose BLOCK MODE.
- Press W/Ato choose BLOCK ALL/ALLOW VIP/BLOCK BLIST/OFF, and then press /OK to select.
BLOCK ALL – block all unknown calls except numbers stored in the phonebook and VIP list.
