  • If there is a leak, re-seat the hose. If the leak persists, trim the leaking hose and re-seat.
  • If the water does not flow freely, close the valve to allow water to fill hoses and begin misting.
  • If the pump is not priming, remove the nozzle connector, turn the pump to high and draw (like a straw) on the released hose to help prime the pump.
  • To remove the nozzle head, unscrew it with the nozzle upright. Use caution not to lose small parts in the body of the nozzle. To clean the nozzle head, remove it and tap it on a hard surface to dislodge hard water crystals. From inside of the nozzle head, insert a fine sewing needle to clear the hole or soak it in mineral remover.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Keep water source as close as possible to PCS Pump.
  • Consider the direction of the wind when settng up. Adjust as needed.
  • Make sure all hoses are fully seated otherwise they may leak. Check all connections when first turned on. If leak persists, trim leaking hose and re-seat.
  • Upon first use, system may take a few moments to prime. Open purge valve to allow water to flow freely, close valve to allow water to fill hoses and begin mis?ng.
  • After ensuring input line is fully seated, if Pump doesn’t draw water, remove hose from first mist nozzle connector, turn Pump to high and draw (like a straw) on released hose to help prime Pump.
  •  If Blue Pump loses its prime (vapor lock) twist open Purge Valve to allow water to flow freely, close.
  • Never pull hoses out of quick-disconnect fittngs without first depressing the gray or white quick-disconnect rings to release.
  • Hoses can be trimmed to fit your configuration.
  • If nozzle clogs; disconnect nozzle from fittng, unscrew top section of nozzle (always unscrew with nozzle up-right). Use caution not to lose small parts in body of nozzle. Remove Nozzle and tap on hard surface to dislodge hard water crystals. From inside of Nozzle Head, insert fine sewing needle to clear hole, or soak in mineral remover solution such as CLR or white vinegar. If Nozzle Head is clear and mist still won’t emit, unscrew bothom portion of nozzle (connected to stem) blow though fittng to clear Micro Filter.

NOTE: Nozzles can clog from min erals in tap water. You can u se distilled water for clog free use. See “PCS Installation” video for clearing out the nozzles.
