Important Safety Information

WARNING

• For use with dogs over 6 months of age.

• DO NOT use it when the dog or the collaris wet.

• DO NOT press and hold shock or vibrate for more than 10 seconds to avoid physicalor psychological damage to your dog.
  Your dog SHOULD NOT vocalize or panic when receiving stimulation. If this happens, the stimulation level is too high and you need to go back to the previous level and repeat the process.

• DO NOT charge the device near any flammable substances.

• Dog use only. Not for use on children.

• This is not a toy, and should only be operated by a responsible adult.

Please read and follow the instructions this manual. Proper fit of the collar is important. A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the dog’s neck may cause skin damage. Ranging from redness to pressure ulcers; this conditions commonly known as bed sores.

• DO NOT leave the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
• When possible reposition the collar on the dog’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
• Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this manual.
• Never connect a lead to the collar; lt will cause excessive pressure onthe contacts.
• Wash the dog’s neck area and the contact probes of the collar weekly with a damp cloth. Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.
• If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed. elf the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
• The Receiver meets the IP67 waterproof rating, it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. lf submerged and wet, please don’t use it.
• This product comes with conductive silicone covers, please ensure they are worn on the contact points before putting the Receiver on dour dog and check for the presence of the silicone cover every hour.

Function introduction

Tone
Transmitter delivers a beep tone with nonadjustable volume to the receiver collar. The indicator color shows green.

Vibration
Transmitter delivers a vibrate with adjustable level (level1-16) to the receiverollar.The indicator color shows yellow.

Static Stimulation
Transmitter delivers a static stimulus with adjustable level (level1-16) to the receiver collar. The indicator color shows red.

How to test the Static Stimulation function？

Step 1 ：Make sure the Transmitter and receiver collar are on paired.
Step 2 ：Please start the static stimulation function and adjust the level to 10.
Step 3 ：Put the test light between two contact points and make sure its interface is touching the contact points. Press the static stimulation button again, if the test light is on which means the static stimulation is on going .

Pairing and select the communication channel

Please follow the steps below if you want to switch to another channel

Step 1 ：Unlock the transmitter and long press the button to select a signal channel.

Step 2 ：Make sure the receiver is shut down first, and hold on the on/off button for 7 seconds. The green light will flash quickly and enter to the matching state after hearing a beep.

• The green light flashes quickly and will enters the matching state after hearing a beep.
  

Step 3 ：Please press the tone or vibration function button within 10 seconds when entering the matching state, and the receiver will beep twice indicating that the matching is successful.

1. Repeat above steps when timeout
2. One channel can control multiple receivers simultaneously

Warranty and repair information

Year Warranty
The original purchaser for this unit is provided with 1-YEAR WARRANTY.
The warranty begins from the date of purchase. For the first year, coverage is for both Parts and Labor on warranty repair services but the return postage is for the buyer’s account. Accessories such as chargers, straps, and batteries are covered for the first year only. When the warranty expires, customers will need parts and repairs at their own expense.

Won’t Qualify for 1-Year Warranty
We do not offer warranty for products that have been bought secondhand or as a resold product.
Manual damage or loss is not covered by the warranty.
Any water damage on the Water Resistant Transmitters and the Water Resistant Receivers of our product series will not be covered.
The warranty is void if the unit has been altered or an unauthored- razed person who attempts to repair work has damaged the unit. Replacement of batteries is not recommended during the warranty period. If the customer chooses to replace the batterie- sandy damage to the unit during the change- out by the owner will make the warranty void.
