• dual Walbro 450 LPH pump core
• CNC machined inner bracket
• high volume fuel filter integrated inside the basket
• pressure control valve
• PNP for MK7/7.5 R, S3 8V/8VFL

• Side cutters
• Wire Crimpers
• Knife
• Battery powered

Connecting Circuit

Instruction For installation

1. Connect rely (no 30) with fuse and fuse connect with battery position (no 30)
2. Relay (no 85) connected with integration switch ( no o5)
3. Relay (no 86) connected with B S
4. Relay (no 87) connected with Pump P2
5. Pump P1 will be connected with (Ground 31) also BS connected with Ground, So it will be look like feedback system

Instruction For installation

How to removing 1pfp pump

1. At first remove the rear bottom seats
   

2. Then have to open the cover
   

3. Need to open 1pfp gasket and fixing card carefully
   

4. Need to insure no oil inside during the installation time

5. Oil pump plug connected with oil pump plug
   

6. Fuel tank plug connected with fuel tank
   

7. Need to insure oil pump seal gasket in the right place.
   

8. Fixing the oil pump card perfectly
   

9. Need to Connect electroc harness and fuel plugs
   

10. . Auxiliary Plug Coming from relay and its must be connected with Auxiliary Plug. [Auxiliary Plug connected with relay]
    

11. 85 connection with integration switch board.
    

12. Relay (86) Pressure switch connected with Boost sensor
    

13. Relay(30 ) connected with the battery position.
