Bluetooth & App Connection
- Connecting to the App:
1. Open the downloaded “tomore” app on your mobile device.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or sign in if you already have one.
3. Ensure that your hearing aids are powered on and within range of your mobile device.
4. In the app, select the option to connect to your hearing aids.
5. Wait for the app to establish a connection with your hearing aids. Once connected, you can access various features and settings through the app.- Connecting to Bluetooth:
1. Make sure your hearing aids are powered on and within range of your mobile device.
2. On your mobile device, go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth if it is not already turned on.
3. In the Bluetooth settings, search for available devices.
4. Select your hearing aids from the list of available devices to initiate the pairing process.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts or enter a PIN if required to complete the pairing process.
6. Once paired, your hearing aids will be connected to your mobile device via Bluetooth, allowing you to stream audio and adjust settings as needed. - Please turn on the Bluetooth function in your mobile device before using APP
- Please follow the instruction inside the APP
- App store search “tomore” to download app or scan QR code
Connecting to the APP
- Click “Pair” to pair device
- Hearing loss test: please tick three conditions to enter the hearing test in a quiet environment
- Find the device name, check left and right ears for pairing, and click “Save” after pairing.
- Switch to the main menu to activate and change the current mode.
Connecting to Bluetooth
- Turn on the hearing aid, switch to music mode, then turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Click “Pair” to pair the device
- Wait for “TM-516TE_RIC” to appear under available devices and click on it.
- Pairing successful.
