PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
Please read the product instruction carefully and use the product correctly under the instruction.

Button: Short press to turn on or off.

CAL button: Short press to display the preset value if a value was preset already, or to display zero if no value is preset.

INC Button: Short press to enter INC mode and it will display “INC” Short press again to exit incremental measurement mode and “INC” will disappear.

PRESET button: To preset or re-preset a value, to press the button longer than 3 seconds to enter into Preset mode, “P” flashes, and long press to move to next digit or cross digits to set the value one by one (0-9 cycling). After setting, move back to “P”, and then short press the PRESET button to exit the Preset mode, the preset value is stored.
Note: Preset Value is memorized when power off. -
HOLD button: When this button is used as HOLD function, short press to hold the data on screen; short press again to release.
6.2. DATA button: This button can be used as DATA button when this product is designed with built-in Bluetooth function. Short press this DATA button to send data to receiving devices. -
mm/in MODE button: Short press to switch between imperial and metric mode. When to change gauge head, Long press to switch to relevant measuring mode matching the type of gauge head.

TOL button: short press to enter or exit monitoring mode.
a) Tolerance setting: long press “TOL” button for about 3 seconds to enter tolerance setting mode, “TOL” flashes, and then long press to the first digit on the left side. When a digit flashes, short press the TOL button to set the value of this digit (changing circularly from O to 9). After setting the first digit, move the flashed digit from left to right one by one to complete setting, finally back to the “TOL”. Shortgrass
“TOL” to store the set value. Long press this button again, to start the second value setting, the first digit on the left side flashes, to set each digit one by one to complete the second value setting. After setting the second value, long press “TOL” to move to “TOL”. As for the set two values mentioned, the system will automatically regard the greater value as the upper limit of tolerance, and the smaller one as the lower limit of tolerance.
b) Tolerance Monitoring: When the tolerances are set, short press “TOL” to display “TOL”, enter to tolerance monitor mode. In this working mode, it will display, “ ” when the measured value is within tolerance range, it will display” “when the measured value is out of upper limit, while it will display” when the measured value is out of lower limit. Exit tolerance monitoring mode by short pressing “TOL”.
Note: The system will convert the tolerance value accordingly when user switches measuring mode between Metric and Imperial mode. The historical set tolerance will be still kept after power off or changing battery. -
SPC output port: When this port is used for data output, to connect external data transmission device to transmit data to PC.
9.2. DC power supply: This port is designed as for DC power supply, when this product is with built-in Bluetooth function. -
Battery: Use a CR2450 lithium Battery.
Note: the product works when any of batteries is installed. -
Wrench: Press the wrench to measure.

SPC output port in the handle: to connect external wire data transmission device to PC, press DATA on the transmission device to transmit data to receiving device such as PC.

DATA button: There are two DATA buttons on the handle, in Bluetooth mode, press any of them to transmit measured data to receiving devices (such as Mobile phone, PC etc.). Long press for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth connection mode. At this point, the screen” ” is constantly on, open the receiving device to connect. After successful connection, briefly press to start sending data. After successful sending,” ” flashes once.

Extension rod: used to connect the gauge head and connecting sleeve, to use or not with considering the depth of the hole to be measured.

Gauge head.
OPERATION
Before using, please ensure the product has been installed at least one battery, button and functions are in good condition.
Calibration of three-point internal micrometer:
- Use Preset button to preset value according calibration ring gauge’s marked value.
- Place the ring gauge on the table, and press the handle to keep the gauge head in certain size and put into the center of the ring gauge horizontally, loose the fore of handle until the gauge head touching the inner of the ring gauge, adjust the position to ensure it touches properly while the reading doesn’t keep changing, and then to short press Preset button, previously preset value, the dimension of this ring gauge, will display, now the calibration is completed and ready to use.
