2. Power On/Off
Power on
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The power indicator will turn on for 10 seconds and the Bluetooth indicator will flash for 10 seconds before turning off.
Power off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device. The power indicator and Bluetooth indicator will turn off once the device is successfully powered off.

3. Battery Level
Checking the battery level
You can determine the battery level by the color of the power indicator. A red light indicates the device has low battery and requires charging.
A green light indicates the device has sufficient battery and does not require charging.
To check the specific battery level, connect the device to the Sleeplus app and view from your phone. After pairing with the Sleeplus app, device information similar to that shown below will be displayed on the homepage:

(1) This device uses a rechargeable lithium polymer battery.
(2) It takes roughly two hours to fully charge the battery, after which it can
last for approximately two nights.
(3) This device uses a magnetic charging head. The power indicator will flash
when the device is plugged in to charge. A red flashing light indicates low
battery, while a green flashing light indicates the device is almost fully
charged. A solid green light indicates the device is fully charged. The device
will automatically turn off once unplugged.
4. App Download
App Download:
(1)Android: Search for Sleeplus in your phone’s app store to download and
install the app.
(2) IOS: Search for Sleeplus in the App Store to download and install the app.
(3) Scan the QR code to download the Sleeplus app.

5. Device Pairing
(1) Enable Bluetooth on your phone and open the Sleeplus app.
(2) Turn on the device. The Bluetooth indicator will flash for 10 seconds,
after which it will turn off if no connection is made. Press the power button
again to turn on the Bluetooth indicator.
(3) Ensure your phone is close to the device. Follow the instructions on the
app to pair and connect the device. A solid Bluetooth indicator indicates
successful connection.
(4) If your device cannot be found, please ensure Bluetooth is enabled and the
phone is close to the device before trying again. Follow the instructions on
the app to pair the device.
The device can be used without the app.
(1) Only iPhones with iOS 8.0 or above or Android phones running 4.3 or above
are supported.
(2) Due to operating system requirements, some Android phones require you to
grant the Sleeplus app access to your location. The Bluetooth permission is
required when searching for and pairing devices.
(3) The device only needs to be paired once. Unless otherwise unpaired, it
will automatically connect to your phone.
(4) After pairing your device, a Bluetooth connection will be established with
the phone only when configuring settings and syncing data, thereby saving
power and making it easier for you.
6. Data Syncing
(1) Enable Bluetooth on your phone and ensure your device is powered on.
(2) Open the Sleeplus app and hold your phone close to the device.
(3) Press the power button on the device to start syncing data. A pop-up will
be displayed on the app until data syncing is complete. The device will then
automatically disconnect from Bluetooth, and the Bluetooth indicator will turn
off.
(4) It is recommended to sync data after each use to help you clearly
understand your sleep quality, data, and trends.
7. App Settings
After the device is paired with your phone, you can adjust the intensity of intervention, the activation delay, and the sensitivity of the device to find the best mode for you.
(1) Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and your device is powered on.
(2) Open the Sleeplus app and move your phone close to the device.
(3) Open the data page in the app and tap ” ” to enter Settings.
(4) Gently press the power button on the device so that the Bluetooth
indicator starts to flash.
(5) When the Settings interface displays the device status as “Connected”, you
can start adjusting the default settings. (6) Light sleepers are suggested to
reduce the intensity of intervention, while those who do not find the effects
strong enough can increase it accordingly.
(7) Users who take a while to fall asleep can set a delay for when the device
starts to work based on individual sleep habits.
(8) Users who find the stimulation too frequent can try reducing the
sensitivity.
8. Wearing and Cleaning the Device
(1) After powering on the device, please wear it as shown below. Adjust the
device to a comfortable position.
(2) The main electronic part of this device is not waterproof. It is
recommended to use a clean, soft cloth to clean the device. Stubborn stains
can be wiped with a soft cloth dipped in a small amount of neutral detergent.

9. FAQ
1. I’m woken up by the device before I properly get to sleep. What should I do?
It is recommended that you pair your device via the Sleeplus app. You can then use the activation delay function to solve this problem.
2. Does the device have to be used with the app?
No, the device can be used separately from the app. Pairing your device with the app allows you to adjust the default settings to help improve user experience. After pairing your device, a Bluetooth connection will be automatically established with the phone only when configuring settings and syncing data, thereby saving power and making it easier for you. By syncing data with the app, you can clearly understand your sleep quality, data, and trends.
3. Is the app compatible with all phones?
The app supports phones with either iOS 8.0 or above or Android 4.3 or above. Currently, 99% of phones on the market can be used.
4. Do I need to sync data every day?
It is recommended to sync data after each use. This allows you to view your sleep quality and sleep information, as well as understand changes in your sleep quality and habits.
5.Does the power indicator stay lit once powered on?
Once powered on, the power indicator and Bluetooth indicator will turn on for about 10 seconds before automatically turning off. Press the power button to turn on the power indicator and Bluetooth indicator for another 10 seconds.
6. How do I know if the device is working?
Gently press the power button. The device is working if both the power indicator and the Bluetooth indicator turn on. If not, please turn on or charge the device.
7. How long does it take to charge the device and how long can be used for once fully charged?
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the device. Once fully charged, most users can use it for 2 nights. Very heavy snorers are recommended to charge it once a day.
10. After-sales Service
(1) This product is covered under a one-year warranty from the date of
purchase.
(2) Artificial damage is not covered by warranty.
(3) It is recommended to maintain a one-week trial period to give yourself
time to adjust to the device.
11. Precautions
(1) Use and store the device in a normal temperature range (-10°C to +50°C).
(2) Keep the device away from sources of fire or high temperatures (electric
heaters, microwaves, ovens, etc.).
(3) Avoid high impact or violent shaking of the device to prevent damaging it.
(4) Do not use chemicals, alcohol or other products to clean the device. Keep
the device dry; do not wash it.
(5) Do not attempt to remove or replace the built-in lithium battery so as to
avoid damage.
(6) Do not throw the device into fire so as to prevent the possibility of an
explosion.
(7) This device is not a toy. Please keep it out of the reach of children to
prevent misuse or other hazards from occurring.
