Camera Function

Eseecloud main interface

Click icon, there will be rive options.
- Alarm Push: enable it to get motion detection notification on mobile phone.
- Settings: setup the camera
- Edit: set the device’ name .
- Top: If there are many cameras in your list, you can use this button to set the camera to the first display. Delete: delete the camera on moblie phone App (if you don’t want the camera anymore, please delete it from EseeCloud App).
- Click icon, you can purchase cloud storage, each camera only be service purchased separately.
- You can select monthly renewal, when the validity period of cloud storage expires, the fee will be deducted automatically.
Click , icon to check the alarm message and you can select date, News time range and motion type, such as all types, motion detection, humanoid detection etc. The alarm message will be overwritten automatically after three days, doesn’t allow to delete it manually.
Share the device to your friend or family.
- Click icon, set share permission and QR code validity.
- Click finish in the upper right corner to generate a QR code, share the QR code to other people or cellphone (different cellphone please register a new account).
Click icon to check camera record, make sure the camera inserted the SD card or purchase cloud service at first.
Please note, just cloud service support fast forward option, SD card not support.

Real Time Video Recording Function

SD & HD Switch: switch the camera from SD mode to HD mode, due to service not supported always in HD mode, each time when preview camera need change it manually.
Volume: turn on/ off camera volume, if no any sound, please make sure turn on phone volume.
Photo capture: capture a photo of live stream, click Photo album to check photos.
Manual record: manual record on cellphone, click Photo album to check recordings.
Horizontal screen: turn image horizontal.
Cloud storage: Click it to buy cloudservice, if insert the SD no need buy cloud storage it is not free.
Alarm message: check the motion detection information.
Preset position: You can set several positions that you viewed frequently. You just need click transfer button instead of moving the camera lens position manually.
More:
Detect alarm: turn on/off motion detection alarm message. Siren: camera prompt sound when motion detection happened.
Auto night vision: turn on/off night mode, turn off it Infrared light will be off.
Microphone Function: talk to someone through the camera, click the microphone icon below, so that you can talk to others, and then click the “Hang up” button to end the call.

PTZ Control Function

Click the four direction buttons to control the camera swivel left to right, tilt up and down.
Digital Zoom Function: Please manually zoom in and out by your hand.

Setup Interface

Motion Detection Alert

Motion Detection Alert: turn on it to enable motion detection function
Motion detection sensitivity: If the detection alarm is too frequent, try to reduce the sensitivity
Motion Tracking: When a human figure is detected, automatically turn your head to follow the shot.
Motion detection period: Set the time period for mobile detection.
Motion detection area setting: Adjust the detection area to reduce unimportant alarm information.
Humanoid detection: enable it to reduce false motion detection message.

Motion detection period

All day: Enable motion detection 24 hours a day.
Daytime : 08:00-20:00 enable motion detection.
Night: 20:00- 08:00 activate motion detection the next day.
Customize: Custom detection period.
Motion detection area setting: detect the position, set a motion detection to Area mode or Cordon mode. When someone enters the detection area, an alarm will be triggered, and it can reduce false alarms.
Area mode: If an object moves in the detection area, a motion detection alarm will be triggered.
Cordon mode: When a moving object touches the warning line, a motion detection alarm will be triggered.

Recording setting

Record mode: two record modes to choose.
Event recording: Only record when the screen changes are detected, saving storage space.
Uninterrupted recording : The equipment keeps recording 24 hours a day, which takes up a lot of storage space, and the number of recording days will be Reduced.
Record sound: When this is switched off, you will not hear voices in live view and playback.
Timed recording: Turn on this feature to enable recording. (And you need to set the time period for the camera to enable recording).

Image setting

Night Vision Mode Settings:

Smart night vision: At night, the camera turns on Infrared LEDs and see B/W image by default. Turns on spotlights and see color night vision automatically when motion detected.
Full color night vision: Spotlights stay on while illumination is low. The camera sees color image.
Infrared night vision: Use Infrared LEDs at night. The camera sees B/W IR night image at night.
Infrared always on: daytime and nighttime all show black and white image.
Night vision off: turn off camera IR-CUT, daytime, and nighttime show color image, but at night if there is not enough power, the image will be dark.
Image rotation 180° : if you need flip camera image, you can turn on it.
Device call volume: This option can set volume of two-way audio function.
Privacy area: Set the privacy area, and the image area you set will be covered with color boxes.

PTZ Control

PTZ speed: rotates too fast, adjust speed to low at which the camera moves.

Cruise mode

Panoramic cruise: Fixed cruising trajectory, horizontal 360° all-round care.
Preset position cruise: Cruise in sequence according to the preset position set by the user.
PTZ calibration: Camera gimbal calibration takes about 30 seconds. During gimbal calibration, no operations can be performed.
positions : you need to setup a preset position first, then select this mode.
PTZ control direction flip: after you install the camera, if the camera direction is reversed, you can set the PTZ direction flip. After setting, the PTZ control will rotate in the opposite direction.

Storage Settings

Click Open now to buy cloud storage of the camera.
- Local storage space : confirm the storage you used of SD card and SD card status.
- Download local video files: select the playback file to download on cellphone.
- Format the memory card : to format the SD card, and you also can download video on this interface.

Advanced settings

Device voice prompt: to turn on/off camera prompt sound, allow 5
languages to choose : Chinese, English, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese.
Connect new WIFI: change a new WI Fl network, if camera lost connection with router, please delete camera from phone app and reset it try to reconnect with new WIFI network.

Time Settings

After successfully connected camera, the time displayed on the camera is different from that of the mobile phone. Please click the Time synchronization, it will automatically sync to your phone time. If camera time still incorrect, you can select time zone by yourself.
You can set the daylight time according to your region.

FAQ

Q1: There is no recordings when I click playback?
A: SD card storage:
Please go to setting interface> Storage settings> Local storage space> check the status of the SD card. If there is no SD card. Please take the SD card out and insert it again.
(Please keep the power off before inserting the SD card)
If the SD card is in normal status, Please check if SD card capacity is full, and then format the SD card.
Cloud storage:
Please go to setting interface> storage management> cloud storage> check the order for cloud storage (Cloud storage service is not free, you need pay for it).
If these steps can’t work, Please contact with Hiseeu Technical Support Team for further assistance .
Q2: What can I do the camera offline?
A: please confirm the distance between the camera to your router, it better within 15-25FT, if the distance is too far away, the camera will offline.
Q3: I didn’t receive the motion detection alarm from my smartphone
A: 1. Enter Eseecloud➔ click icon on upper right corner➔ enable “Alarm push”.
If still not receive, go to Me➔ System authority settings➔ check if all permission is enable.
Q4: There is too much motion detection notifications
A: 1. Please go to setting interface> click Motion detection Alert> adjust the Motion detection sensitivity to medium or low.
You can also setting the detection area, click setting icon> Motion detection Alert> Motion detection area setting> select the detection area > confirm.
Q5: How to set preset position cruise on App?
A: Please go to the app > click setup icon> PTZ control> Cruise mode> select preset position cruise.
Go back to record interface> click Preset position> add more than two different positions> go to more> click cruise.
After the seting is successful, the camera will cruise within
Q6: Click the recording interface and the phone screen is too bright
A: Please click Me> Settings> turn off the Screen brightness switch.
Q7: There is no sound from the camera when I view the camera on the App.
A: Please check if you have turn on sound button on record interface. If turn on already, please go to setting interface> click recording setting> enable record sound switch button. If these steps still can’t work, please contact with Hiseeu Technical Support Team for further assistance.
Q8: What should I do if the camera stops working?
A: Please change other power adapter to confirm if power supply broken, then press the reset button for 6 seconds. If there is not sound and the PTZ camera no self-test when you reset, please send email or call us
