If an error is detected:
- Check that your phone supports wireless charging and does not have any credit cards, stands, or other metal attachments on the back(other than the magnetic ring)
- After checking the above,unplug and plug in the charging cable again to resume normal charging.

The maximum output of this charger is 15W,Its maximum output for iPhone is 7.5W. 3. Only use the cable provide with charger.
An Apple cable or other third-party cable may interfere with charging -
This charger requires a charging adapter that supports QC or PD fast charging and an output
of at least 18W. 5. This charger will only attach to a caseless iPhone 13/12 series phone, official Mag Safe cases.
