Important Notice

• Before the first use, the printer must be leveled. See the leveling instructions.
• Please use ethyl alcohol or isopropanol with a concentration of at least 95% to clean your models unless you are using water-washable resin.
• Use the printer indoors and avoid direct sunlight and dusty environments.
• Keep the printer away from water and damp environments.
• Wear a mask and gloves to avoid direct skin contact with the resin.
• In case of an emergency, turn off the printer immediately and contact ELEGOO customer service at [email protected].

Leveling
Leveling is an essential process to ensure the printer bed is at the correct distance from the LCD screen for optimal printing. Follow the step-by- step instructions, referring to the associated images for visual guidance.

FAQ

1. The model does not adhere to the print platform.Adjust the bottom layer exposure time. If the model has too little contact area with the print platform, increase the number of bottom layers.2. Layer separation on the model.Ensure that the printer is level and stable during printing. If the FEP film is loose, it must be replaced. Make sure the resin vat and print platform are properly secured.3. Unusual screen lighting.If your 3D printer is not functioning, please contact us at [email protected]. Include your order number in the email for faster assistance.4. Print failure.Ensure that if the model is not printed completely, no residues are left in the resin. Filter out the resin before pouring it back into the bottle. Residues can be removed with paper towels from the print platform or resin vat.

Warranty

ELEGOO offers a 1-year warranty on products damaged through non-human factors, excluding filaments, LCD screens, and FEP films. The LCD screen has a 6-month warranty against non-externally inflicted damage. No warranty claims are accepted for modified or disassembled products.
