About Your Eyeris 1V
The Eyeris 1V is a personal care device designed for specific eye-related
functions. It features an eye cushion for added comfort, an elastic headband
with an adjustable buckle for a secure fit, and various control buttons for
different modes and settings.

Indicator:
The indicator on the device provides visual feedback on its status:
- Solid white: Device is working or Bluetooth is disconnected

- Flashes red quickly for 1 minute and then turns off: Indicates a wrong charger is used during charging
Charging Your Eyeris 1V
Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the device.

CHARGING YOUR EYERIS 1V
Fully charge the device before initial use.
Note: Do not use the device while charging.
WEARING YOUR EYERIS 1V
- Before wearing, remove any eye accessories (e.g. eyeglasses, false eyelashes, etc.).
- Wear the device and adjust the headband to ensure a comfortable fit and effective light blocking.
Note:
- Your vision may temporarily blur after using the device. If you experience this, close your eyes for a few minutes as this will gradually allow your vision to return to normal.
- Wipe any sweat, eye cream, or cosmetic residue left on the eye cushion after use to prolong the lifespan of the device.
USING YOUR EYERIS 1V
Tip: To use voice control, turn on the device first, say “Hi Eyeris” and
proceed with a clear voice command within 8 seconds once you hear
“Welcome”. If you fail to give a clear voice command within 8 seconds, repeat
the above steps, excluding turning on the device.
Note:
- 15-minute auto-off timer: The device will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of continuous use.
- If massage mode 3 (air pressure only) is activated and “no pressure” is selected, the device will automatically shut off after 30 seconds of inactivity.
CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH
- Turn on the device and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Search for “RF-EM001V” via your Bluetooth settings and connect to play your music playlist through the device.
Note:
- Once paired successfully, the device will be automatically connected to Bluetooth next time, followed by a voice prompt “Bluetooth connected”.
- After the Bluetooth connection, your music will play through the device at a default volume level of 5.
- The included music will resume if you stop playing your own playlist or disconnect the Bluetooth.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Turn off the device and allow it to cool down before cleaning or storing.
- Wipe the device surface with a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with mild detergent. Do not submerge them in water or use bleach or corrosive cleaners.
- Ensure the device is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and corrosive gases.
- If the device has not been used for over 3 months, charge it periodically to prolong its lifespan.
- Do not disassemble or repair the device by yourself, as this may cause damage and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
