About this manual

• Please install the product according to the steps in this manual and keep this manual properly. If you lend the product to someone else, please also provide this manual. Any operation that does not conform to the instructions may lead to damage of the product or serious personal injury.
• The manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss caused by failure to comply with the product instructions.

Safety Instructions

• Please unplug the power plug before cleaning or maintaining this product.
• This product can only be used for household environment, not for industrial environment or outdoor use.
• This product can be used for all kinds of pet hair trimming, cleaning and nursing, and cleaning all kinds of hair and floating hair of clothing.
• This product shall be used on hard flat floors in indoor environment, such as rubber floors, marble floors, granite floors, terrazzo floors, solid wood floors, composite floors, bamboo floors, and various mirror tiles, porcelain tiles.
• This product may not achieve the best use effect on uneven floors.
• This product shall not be used by people with physical, sensory or mental impairment or people with lack of experience and common sense (including children), unless there is supervision or guidance to ensure its safe use.
• Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands to avoid the danger of electric shock.
• Do not suck high-temperature substances (fireworks, matches or hot ash), ultrafine substances (such as lime, cement, sawdust, gypsum powder, ash, carbon powder, etc.), large sharp pieces (such as glass, nails, pins, etc.), hazardous articles (such as solvents, scale removers, etc.), chemical substances (such as acidic substances, alkaline substances, etc.), flammable and explosive liquids (gasoline, alcohol products).
• Do not use this product near the operating fireplace and heater in order to prevent the product shell from deforming.
• Do not wet the product, otherwise it may cause fire and electric shock due to short circuit.
• Keep airflow passages or moving parts of the product away from hair, loose clothing, fingers and other parts of the user. Do not aim the tool at your eyes, ears or put it into your mouth.
• Please stop operation of the product immediately in case of electric leakage, high motor temperature and abnormal sound, such as fuselage heat, abnormal sound, peculiar smell, weak suction, etc.
• Please clean the dust cup in time after using the product, keep the air passage clean and avoid blocking, so as not to cause insufficient suction.
• Please keep the product in a dry place. Humid environment will harm the insulation and service life of electrical appliances.
• The body and air scissors of the product are electric parts and cannot be cleaned by soaking in water.
• Do not disassemble and assemble the product by yourself. No parts in the product can be repaired by users independently. Please also do not try to change the performance of the product, otherwise the product will be damaged.
• The voltages that do not conform to the specifications of the product will cause damage to the motor and, more likely, to the user. The correct rated voltage is marked on the nameplate.
• Do not lift or move the product when the motor is working. Please avoid moving up and down or violent collision in order to prevent hair from entering the motor. The product should be placed against the wall after use in order to prevent the user from stumbling.
• Do not use if the suction port and dust cup are not installed correctly.
• Do not place any small articles at the air outlet, and do not block the air outlet. Please take away all small articles that may hinder the return air flow to prevent the machine from overheating.

Installation Instructions

Hair suction
Insert the hose at the front of the product, connect the brush accessories as needed, take out the power cord and insert the power plug to work.

Air blowing
Insert the hose at the back of the product, plug in the brush accessories as needed, take out the power cord and insert the power plug to work.

Accessory Descriptions

Operating Instructions

• Power switch: on/off
• Power shift: Adjust the power, increase the power by 100W per push, and the outlet air temperature will increase accordingly.(The outlet air temperature will vary in different ambient temperatures) (a maximum air outlet temperature needs to be marked)

Using accessories

• Hair cleaning comb: It can clean the floating hair, dead hair and garbage in the hair of pets, and can also pull hair to make hair more fluffy.
• Cleaning brush: It can be used to clean hair on clothes and pets.
• Hair thinning comb : It can thin pet hair to achieve beautiful effect.
• Note: Please be careful about the soft pet skin. Excessive force may cause scratch of pet skin.
• Electric scissors: It can shave and inhale pet hair to prevent hair from flying around.
• Note: Be cautious of cutting edge and sharp position when using. Excessive force may cause scratch of pet skin.

Maintenance Instructions

Dust cup cleaning

1. Remove the dust cup: Lift and remove the dust cup slightly in the direction of the arrow.
2. Open the cover and dump: Push the blue buckle to open the dust cup and dump the dander.
3. Dust cup placement: Install the dust cup in the direction of the arrow.

Caution: Take and put the dust cup with care; If the dust cup is cleaned after dumping dust, please wait for the dust cup to dry before installing, so as to prevent electric shock or damage of product caused by water into the motor.

HEPA cleaning

1. Remove the dust cup and take out the HEPA.
2. Please wash with tap water and drain after washing.
3. Dry in a well-ventilated place for at least 24 hours.
4. Install HEPA after it is completely dry. Install HEPA back to its original place. Please be sure to install HEPA properly.

Caution:

• HEPA shall be washed with cold water at least once a month.
• Please clean HEPA regularly according to the frequency and condition of use, the maintenance period might be various. Do cut off the power supply and unplug the plug from the socket when cleaning.
• Do install HEPA after drying. Electric shock and failure will occur in case of wet HEPA.

Maintenance Instructions

Outlet HEPA cleaning

1. Remove the dust cup and take out the sponge filter.
2. Please wash with tap water and drain after washing.
3. Dry in a well-ventilated place for at least 24 hours.
4. Install the sponge filter after it is completely dry. Install the sponge filter back to its original place. Please be sure to install the sponge filter well.

Caution:
Filter should be cleaned regularly with cold water. The maintenance period varies according to the frequency of use. Please clean it regularly. Do unplug the filter from the socket when cleaning.

The power cord shall be wound and stored at the bottom of the body.

Warranty

1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt of the product. The warranty is limited to free maintenance of the purchased product, and consumables and accessories are not covered by this warranty.
2. If the product is damaged or malfunctioned during normal use, it can be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. The product can be replaced if it cannot be repaired within the warranty period.
3. The following conditions must be repaired with charge even within the warranty period:
4. Failure and damage caused by wrong use or on purpose;
5. Damage caused by transportation companies or damage caused by other transportation;
6. Damage caused by pets (such as scratching and biting, etc.);
7. Failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake and other natural disasters;
8. Faults and damages caused by exceeding the general household use (such as outdoor use and other places that do not conform to the proper use scene).
9. Repairment is not provided under the following circumstances, whether it is within the warranty period or not:

• To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury, please be cautious of the following:
• This product is for household use only.
• Do not use this product for any purpose other than trimming hair for dogs or cats. Do not use on pets under 6 months of age, pregnant, sick (including skin diseases) or elderly. Not recommended for aggressive pets.
• This product shall not be used by children and persons with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities, as well as persons lacking relevant experience and knowledge, except under the supervision or guidance of a guardian to ensure their safe use of this product.
• Please use only as described in this manual. Do not engage any maintenance operations other than those described in this manual. Do not use unrecommended accessories.
• Do not use the product when the cutter or limit comb is damaged, broken or with missing teeth, otherwise it may cause personal or pet injury.
• Do not use the product if it is not working as designed, or if it is severely impacted, falls from a height, is damaged or falls into water. Please contact customer support under such circumstances.
• Please contact customer support when maintenance or repair is needed. Do not disassemble the product by yourself.
• Do not use this product for any purpose other than trimming hair for dogs or cats.
• Do not put your hand under the cutter when using the product.
• If the cutter and limit comb are damaged, broken or with missing teeth, please stop using and replace the accessories.
• Please keep the product in a stable, safe place out of reach of children.

Warning

• Do not use the product for any purpose other than trimming hair of dogs or cats
• Please keep the product away from water because it is not waterproof
• Do not put your hand near the cutter when the product is working
• If the power cord, cutter and limit comb are damaged, broken or with missing teeth, please stop using and replace the accessories
• Do not keep or charge the product near any heat source
• Keep the product in a stable, safe place out of reach of children

Preparation before trimming

Consult a veterinarian
To be on the safe side, please consult your veterinarian before trimming your pet’s hair. If your pet suffers from skin diseases, please refer them to veterinarians for treatment. Do not trim their hair at home.

Comb your pet’s hair
Pet hair may be twisted and messed with sand. If the cutter running at high speed is impacted by twists and sand during the operation of electric shears, the service life of the cutter could be shortened, or the cutter could be damaged and cause potential safety hazards. Therefore, it is necessary to comb the pet’s hair to remove hair twists and sand before using the electric scissors. Please comb your pet’s hair in the direction of hair growth, patiently, and thoroughly comb all hair twists. Don’t wet your pet’s hair, otherwise, it will make it more difficult to comb.

Bath your pet
Please bath your pet and clean its hair and skin stains. It is recommended to use a gentle tear-free bath gel. Please rinse the shower gel thoroughly after cleaning.

Dry hair and comb again
Please use a towel to dry your pet after bath, and use a special hair dryer for pets to fully dry its hair. Comb the hair again. Please make sure the hair is dry and free of hair twists in order to achieve the best trimming effect.

Select a place for trimming
Please select a well-lit indoor place for trimming. In order to achieve the best effect, the indoor place should be bright enough and evenly lit. The working surface should be safe and non-slip, so as to prevent your pet from slipping. If your pet is a small or medium-sized dog or cat, it is recommended to trim the hair on the table to keep it at a comfortable working height. If your pet is a large dog, it can be trimmed on the floor.

Secure your pet
To prevent your pet from moving during trimming, it is necessary to secure your pet. As you need to use both hands for trimming, it is recommended to use auxiliary tools such as brackets and leash to secure your pet (do not leave your pet wearing leash alone on the table). You can also ask somebody who is familiar with your pet (family members or neighbors, etc.) to help secure your pet. Please calm your pet first if it is nervous.

Desensitization
The sound of electric scissors may make some sensitive pets nervous. Please make sure your pet is calm before trimming. Turn on the electric scissors and set it to mute mode, and run it near your pet’s ears for a while, so that it can gradually get used to the noise of the electric scissors. In addition, you can help your pet establish a positive connection related to trimming hair by giving rewards such as caressing, praise or treats.

Lubricating cutter head
Please lubricate the cutter head before, during and after each use of the electric scissors. Please refer to the section “Cutter Head Maintenance” on page 21 for the method of lubricating the cutter head. For the safety of your pet, please use the special lubricating oil for electric scissors. Do not use hair oil, grease or mixed oil containing any kerosene or other solvents alike.

• The electric scissors set is equipped with 6 sizes of limit combs, which can trim hair into different lengths. The trimming effects are as follows according to different sizes (the effect along the hair growth direction):
• Hair can be trimmed to approximately 19 mm length with the 19 mm limit comb.
• Hair can be trimmed to approximately 16 mm length with the 16 mm limit comb.
• Hair can be trimmed to approximately 12 mm length with the 12 mm
• limit comb. Hair can be trimmed to approximately 9 mm length with the 9 mm limit comb.
• Hair can be trimmed to approximately 6 mm length with the 6 mm limit comb.
• Hair can be trimmed to approximately 3 mm length with the 3 mm limit comb.
