  2. Please use clumping cat litter (such as bentonite cat litter, tofu cat litter, or mixed cat litter) and avoid using non-clumping cat litter like crystal cat litter. Using clumping cat litter will help keep the equipment clean and avoid any unnecessary mess.
  3. To ensure the gravity sensor has accurate detection, please use the device indoors and place on a level, hard ground. Avoid using it on uneven surfaces.
  4. Do not allow anyone, including pets, to sit on top of the device or press down on it, as it may interfere with the normal operation of the cat litter box.
  5. Please avoid tilting the equipment down to prevent potential safety hazards.
  6. Do not allow pets to chew on the wires, as it may damage the equipment and pose a risk of electric shock.
  7. Remember to disconnect the power plug before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance tasks. This precaution is essential for safety during the process and avoids any potential electrical hazards.
  8. Do not remove the top cover or globe while the equipment is rotating, and do not turn on the power when removing the top cover or globe.
  9. Make sure to clean the cat litter box regularly. However, be cautious not to wet or immerse the equipment base in water during the cleaning process. Keeping the base dry will help maintain the proper functioning of the equipment and prevent any potential damage.
  10. Do not place any objects other than litter in the litter box.
  11. Never force your cat into a cat litter box as it can cause stress and discomfort, leading to a negative association with the litter box, and potentially hindering its successful adoption.
  12. To ensure safety, do not permit children or inexperienced individuals to use, clean, or maintain the device without proper supervision.
  13. Use the power adapter provided with this device and avoid using power adapters from other brands.
  14. In the event of any damage to the power adapter, please contact the company for a replacement.

Introducing the Litter Box to Your Cat

  1. To familiarize your cat with the new litter box, position the litter box close to the old one so that the cat recognizes it as the designated place for toileting.
  2. To provide a familiar scent, take some litter from the old litter box and add it to the new litter box. This helps the cat associate the new litter box with a familiar smell, encouraging its use.
  3. Stop cleaning the old litter box because cats prefer a clean litter box. If the old litter box becomes too dirty, it will encourage them to try the new litter box as an alternative.
  4. If the cat appears hesitant about using the new litter box, you can encourage and guide them by offering gentle strokes or treats, directing them towards the new litter box.
  5. When the cat begins using the new litter box, it is advisable to set the delay cleaning time to 5 minutes. This will help avoid any noise or movement during the cleaning process that might startle or frighten the cat.
  6. After the cat starts using the new litter box, it is recommended to dispose of the old litter box immediately.
