How to Use
Step 1 Press the on/off/mute button on the MIC for 3 seconds, the indicator will turn green and red.
Step 2 Plug RX into phone. Once the RX is plugged in, the RX’s indicator should turn green.
If the RX doesn’t light green, please:
a. Make sure your phone’s OTG is On. (search “OTG” – turn on OTG power supply)
Some phones do not support an external microphone for the built-in camera. If
videos recorded with built-in camera has no sound,
b. If phone is covered with a case, please remove the case and plug RX into
the phone again. The first use of the unit, the MIC and RX will go into sync
mode. During sync mode, the indicator of MIC flashes red and green. Once the
MIC and RX are successfully connected, the indicators of MIC and RX will turn
green without blinking.
Step 3 When the indicators of MIC and RX both turn green without blinking,the
MIC is ready to work. Open recorder or live video apps to pick up sound.
please download other camera apps to pick up sound.
Mute
To pause the MIC double click on/off/mute button.
The MIC’s indicator lights red when in Mute mode.
Double click the button again to exit the Mute Mode.
Noise Cancellation
Once the MIC is turned on, the Noise Cancellation function is activated
automatically. No operation is required.
Turn Off Mic
Press the On/Off button of MIC for 3 seconds to turn off the MIC.
Charging

Charging the MIC
When charging case has power, the MIC will start charging as soon as it is put into the charging case.
Please remove the sticker from MIC before charging the MIC through the charging case. **ONE to ONE
When charging the MIC, the charging case will display the power. ONE to TWO****

Charging Phones
You can charge your phone through the port of RX.
Phones with type-c port : charge it with type-c cable.
Phones with lightning port: charge it with lightning cable.

Q&A
Why is there no sound from the microphone?
Please check out indicators of MIC and RX. 1) Both indicators of MIC & RX light green without blinkging. For Samsung phones - Please use other apps but the built-in camera to pick up sound. For Google and Oneplus phones - Some models are NOT compatible with the microphone. 2) The indicators of MIC and RX light green with blinking. For OPPO and VIVO phones-Please make sure the OTG is ON. (Search “OTG”in system - turn on OTG).
Why there is noise when I record video or audio or live stream?
Please try again in other places, especially when there is a 2.4G signal nearby, such as WIFI, base station, etc.
