Resetting Jabra Elite 7 Pro/Active to Default Settings
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
- Press and hold the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until the earbud LEDs flash magenta.
- Close the lid of the charging case for 5 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: It is not possible to reset only one of the earbuds. Both earbuds will be reset together.
IMPORTANT: After resetting, you will need to re-pair the earbuds with your mobile device. Remember to delete/forget the previous pairing in the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device.

When you reset your Jabra true wireless earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
Follow these steps to reset
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
- Press and hold (10 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash magenta.
- Close the lid of the charging case (5 seconds) to complete the reset.
