1-year warranty, if the pump is out of work, please just contact for solutions.

HOW TO EXTEND IT’S LIFESPAN

  1. Try not run dry to prevent motor burning. Although there is 30 seconds run dry protection. If run dry excess 30, two outcomes will happen: 1. the overheat protection. will intervene and suspend the work; 2. The motor circuit will be burned seriously.
  2. Before use, please ensure that the connecting pipe, dirt outlet, bundle port and valve are in good condition without looseness and leakage to avoid dirt splashing out cause the pump runs at high speed after working.
  3. If the waste water is too dense, it can be diluted slightly at first, then it can pump faster and more effectively.
  4. Be aware of napkin, rags or hairs, which would wrap around the grinder blades and slowly raise the motor resistance and finally burn out the pump. N w
  5. Please turn off the power when the machine stops working to avoid injury when restart ing.(including overheat protection, run dry or finish using).
  6. Under the best working condition, the maximum duration of a single use of the pump is 20-30 minutes and it pumps about 30 to 40 gallons at a time.
  7. In summer or in a high temperature environment, it will heat up quickly and may overheat in a shorter time, it might stop for overheating protection after working 5-10 minutes. Don’t worry, the pump can work again after the temperature decreases to about 50 °C (122 ° ).
  8. After finishing using, please clean the pump with clear water port to remove the residue of waste, which is convenience of next use and easier to storage.
