Q1: How can | determine if my laptop port is a full-featured Type-C port?

Al: Check if your laptop's USB-C port has one of the following symbols (o Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, DP 1.2). If it does, then itis a full-featured Type-C port. A2: Refer to the technical specifications on your laptop's official website for information on its functionality. A3:: Check the user manual of your computer for information.

Q2: When the laptop is connected to the F1, the screen shows “No Signal™

Al: If you are using a Type-C cable as video output: (1) Your computer's Type-C port does not support video output, you can use an HDMI cable to connect to the screen to provide video signal output. (2) Your computer's Type-C port supports video output, but the output voltage of the Type-C port is not enough, or the laptop is not enough power, you need to connect an external power supply to the screen. A2:If you use HDMI as video output, please connect an external 5V/2A power supply to power the screen.

Q3: Why doesn’t the screen light up when | connect it?

Al: Please make sure the data cable is properly connected to F1. A2:If you are connecting the product with an HOMI cable, please connect an external 5V/2A power supply to power the screen. A3: Please make sure the computer interface supports video output. Ab: The product is turned off, please press and hold the product on/off button for three seconds to turn on the product.

Warm Tips

How to plug and unplug the Type-C cable correctly:
You need to pinch the head of the Type-C cable to plug and unplug the cable as shown in the picture, otherwise, the cable will be damaged.

4. Connect F1 with Laptop
   Connect F1 to your laptop and check that your laptop has a Type-C, Type-A or HDMI port that can provide 5V/2A power.
   Connect F1 to your laptop through F1’s Type-C and MINI HDMI port, following the options below:
   
   Connect to F1 through the Type-C interface of the notebook
   Option 1: If your laptop has one Type-C port (full function port), and the Type-C output port of the laptop can provide more than 5V/2A power supply, directly connect the F1and the laptop with Type-C cable.
   
   Option 2: If your laptop has one Type-C port (full function port], and your laptop Type-C outlet cannot provide more than 5V/2A power supply or the display has no signal/the signal is unstable after connection, then you need to connect an external 5V/2A adapter to power F1. Then connect the F1 to the laptop with Type-C cable.
   
   Connect to F1 through the HDMI interface of the notebook
   Solution 3: If your laptop does not have a Type-C port, you can use an HDMI-mini HDMI cable to connect the F1 screen to the HDMI port of the laptop, and then connect the 5V/2A adapter to power F1 Screen.
