A1: lf you are using a Type-C cable as video output: (1) Your computer's Type-C port does not support video output, you can use an HDMI cable to connect to the screen to provide video signal output. (2) Your computer's Type-C port supports video output, but the output voltage of the Type-C port is not enough, or the laptop is not enough power, you need to connect an external power supply to the screen. A2: If you use HDMI as video output, please connect an external 5V/2A power supply to power the screen.
Q3: Why doesn't the screen light up when I connect it?
A1: Please make sure the data cable is properly connected to F2. A2: lf you are connecting the product with an HDMI cable, please connect an external 5V/2A power supply to power the screen. A3: Please make sure the computer interface supports video output. A4: The product is turned off, please press and hold the product on/off button for three seconds to turn on the product.
Warm Tips
How to plug and unplug the Type-C cable correctly:
You need to pinch the head of the Type-C cable to plug and unplug the cable as
shown in the picture, otherwise, the cable will be damaged.
Installation and Storage

Various Applications of Dual Screens

Connect F2 with Laptop
Before connecting the F2 to your laptop, please make sure your laptop meets the following conditions:
1. The Type-C port provides 5V/2A power. (If not, use an external power source when connecting the monitor.)
2. A full-featured Type-C port.
3. An HDMI port is available.
Scenario 1: If your laptop has
two full-featured Type-C ports, use two Type-C cables to connect the F2
monitor to your laptop.
Scenario 2: If your laptop has only one full-
featured Type-C port, please refer to the following steps:
1. Use a Type-C cable to connect the first screen of the F2 monitor to your laptop’s full-featured Type-C port.
2. Use an HDMI to MINI HDMI cable and a Type-C cable to connect the second screen of the F2 monitor to your laptop.
Scenario 3: If your laptop does not have a full-featured Type-C
port, you can use a docking station with two HDMI and two Type-C ports.
Connect the F2 monitor using HDMI and Type-C cables to the docking station’s
respective HDMI and Type-C ports. Note: The docking station must support MST
(Multi-Stream Transport) functionality. -

Connect the F2 to the desk-top computer host, switch, mini PC, or set-top box [the screen needs an external power supply]

Disassemble the Screen
Step 1: Push up the screen in the direction shown in the figure
Step 2: Pull the screen out from the buckle of the hinge according to the direction shown in the figure -
Storage of the F2
Press the screen until you hear a click
Install the left screen into the bottom storage box of the bracket as shown in the figure
Note: Install into the bottom storage box of the bracket when storing
- Rotate the support rod clockwise 90 degrees in a horizontal direction for storage
- Be careful not to scratch the screen when rotating the spindle supporting the screen
Note: Pay attention to the storage order of the left screen and the right
screen to avoid damaging the screen.

1.1 Right-click a blank area of the desktop. Select ‘Display Settings’ from the pop-up dialogue box.
Left-click “Display Settings” to open the settings dialogue box, as shown.
1.2 Under the “Rearrange displays”
section, drag and drop each display to rearrange them according to their
physical layout on your desktop. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to
further configure the display for extended or mirrored mode.
NOTE: When installing vertically, the display direction needs to be rotated [right screen 270 degrees, left screen 90 degrees) in the computer display settings.

6. Avoid using sharp objects on the screen surface.
7. This product is suitable for general commercial and household use in an optimal temperature environment between -20°Cand 60°C.
8. Disconnect any power cables when the device is not in use.
9. The maximum folding angle of the F2 is 360 degrees. When at the maximum angle, the screen should not be further bent or squeezed to avoid damage.
