Why is there water in the water tank of the new product just received?

A: All garment steamers will be tested with distilled water. We test each of our clothes steamers with water to ensure the quality and safety of the garment steamers. Please do not worry about it if you find there is water residue in the water tank.

Why are there small drops of water on my clothes when ironing?

A: 1 During use, due to the large amount of steam in close contact with the fabric, when the steam gathers together, it will condense into water droplets. This is normal and does not indicate a leak in the iron. 2 After the last use, some water droplets will remain in the steam ceramic panel. When the steamer is used for the second time, the heating of the device is not timely, causing them to flow out from the side, which is a normal phenomenon.
