Installation Instructions
ASSEMBLING THE SQUEEGEE
Use two star nuts to attach squeegee assembly to revolving shaft.
ASSEMBLING THE BRUSH / PAD DRIVER
- Make sure that the scrubber is turned off.
- Adjust the handle to the full upright position.
- Lay machine on the floor with the bottom of the scrubber exposed.
- Align clutch plate with brush / pad driver and rotate 30 degrees to the left.
- To remove, rotate 30 degrees to the right.
ASSEMBLING THE BATTERY
Connect external battery connector labeled “Charger Connection” to the
battery connector mounted to the scrubber.
Operation & Maintenance
- WARNING: Be sure to read and understand this manual in its entirety before operation.
- Failure to do so may result in damage or injury.
PROPER SETUP AND PREPARATION
- Ensure that all components are assembled tightly and secured, and that power source matches voltage of your unit.
- WARNING: Do not operate this unit near flammable or combustible objects.
For Scrubbing or Polishing:
PREPARATION
- Remove debris and any obstructions from cleaning surface before operation.
- Adjust handle to a comfortable position.
- Both hands should always be on the unit when in use.
- Fill solution tank with water or diluted detergent with a maximum temperature of 122°F.
- To extend machine life, use detergents with a neutral pH and low foam.
- Check that the brush / pad driver is properly attached to the scrubber.
- Confirm that the squeegee assembly is properly attached and moving freely with the scrubber.
OPERATION
- Insert machine key and turn.
- Press the power button on the scrubber.
- Press the water button to activate the dispensing pump.
- Press the vacuum switch to activate the vacuum.
- Push squeegee lever down till squeegee is contacting the floor.
- Hold both brush motor switches in the handle to activate the motor.
- Walk slowly when cleaning and pay attention to potential obstacles.
TO EMPTY WASTE WATER TANK
- Remove vacuum and drain hose from recovery tank housing.
- Lift waste water tank from scrubber frame.
- Pour waste water tank contents into appropriate sink or drain.
- Rinse waster water tank with clean water.
- Allow waste water tank to air dry.
- Place tank back on scrubber.
- Fasten vacuum hose and drain hose lids to waste water tank.
TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
- Plug included charging unit into appropriate 120 volt outlet.
- Plug the other end of the charging unit into the machine charging connection marked “Charging Connection”.
MAINTENANCE

To control the amount of water dispensed by the machine:
Adjust water dispensing by using the ball valve on the front of the machine above the brush assembly. -
To replace or rotate squeegee:
- Rotate star nuts counterclockwise to remove assembly from shaft.
- Remove seven hexagon screws to take out the front squeegee and metal retaining strip.
- Release squeegee clasp to loosen the rear squeegee assembly.
- Remove the rear squeegee.
- Check wear of squeegee and replace if needed. Squeegees have four sides and can be rotated before replacing.
