Product Usage Instructions

Getting Started:

1. USB-A1, USB-A2, USB-A4, and USB-C2 are all independent fast charging ports.
2. USB-A3 and USB-C1 can be used independently for fast charging or used at the same time for normal high-current charging (maximum power is 24W).
3. The 15V and 20V outputs of USB-C1 can only be achieved when 24V is input (large truck).

Instructions:

1. Connect your B11 138W car charger splitter to a DC power source with a voltage range of 12-24V.
2. For fast charging, connect your devices to USB-A1, USB-A2, USB-A4, or USB-C2 independently.
3. For normal high-current charging, connect your devices to USB-A3 and/or USB-C1. You can use both ports simultaneously, but the maximum power output is limited to 24W.
4. If you are using a large truck with a 24V input, you can achieve 15V and 20V outputs from USB-C1.
5. The LED display on the splitter shows the voltage and power of each output in real-time.

Getting Started

Instructions

1. First, insert the product’s car charger into the car’s cigarette lighter socket, then choose a suitable location to fix the product host, and turn on the car power to illuminate the display screen.
2. When the power is on, if the car battery voltage is abnormal, the red battery symbol on the display screen will light up as a reminder. The battery symbol will normally be green when the voltage is normal.
3. Insert one end of the charging cable into the corresponding charging output port of the charging HUB, and connect the other end to the mobile phone or other digital device being charged. During the charging process, the display screen will rotate every 5 seconds to show the real-time charging voltage and power of the load port being connected.
4. When any port of the HUB is connected to a load for charging, the display screen will rotate every 5 seconds to show the charging voltage and charging power of the charging port. The ports without a load will not participate in the rotation display.
5. The turning axis behind the charging HUB host can be adjusted up and down according to the actual upward angle.

WARRANTY

• ACEFAST provides 18-month warranty from the date of purchase for the workmanship, all parts of the product and materials. This warranty should be effective only if the warranty card is fully completed and mailed to the authorized dealers for registration.
• The consumers return the defective product to the authorized dealers in their country for repair or replacement after getting a response to the completed warranty card from the authorized dealers.
• This warranty is null and void if the unit or components therein have been damaged by improper handling, use or unauthorized repair. In all cases of damage during shipping, for repair, a claim must be filled by purchaser and the shipping carrier, not by ACEFAST. In all cases the manufacturer agree to repair or replace the defective parts but never to exceed the purchase price. As this is a limited warranty, ACEFAST’s liability for consequential and incidental damages expressly disclaimed and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
• Please keep this warranty card and valid purchase product certificate as a necessary certificate for warranty service. Please do not modify the content without authorization, otherwise it will be deemed invalid. The company reserves the right to interpret the product after-sales service regulations.
