Introduction

Congratulations on your product purchase and thank you for choosing Douxe products.
This is the Douxe DTS-01 – TV wall mount. It is a fully adjustable mount designed tosupport up to 35kg (77lbs) in load capacity for TV sizes between 17”- 60”.
It can be installed on wood studs or  concrete wall surfaces.
The retractable mounting arm has three joints that provide horizontal swivel action (±90° and ±180°).
It also provides a -5° ~ +8° tilt f or optimal viewing comfort.

To ensure proper installation and avoid property damage or personal injury, please read the following instructions carefully.
Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

Warnings and Safety Instructions

• Please do not begin installation until you have thoroughly read and understood these instructions.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity for this product − 35kg(77lbs).
• Improper installation may cause property damage and/or personal injury.
• Use only recommended mounting surfaces: wood stud and solid flat concrete/brick. For installation on any other surface, use suitable hardware (not included).
• Do not install on surfaces that are prone to vibration, movement, or impact. Do not install near heat sources or air-conditioning.
• This product contains small parts that may constitute choking hazards.
  Please keep these items as well as the product packaging away from children.

Safety Information

• Please make use of proper safety equipment during installation.
• To enable proper support and handling, it is recommended that two people perform this installation.
• Please consult a qualified contractor or installation specialist in the case of any uncertainty or ambiguity.

Receiving your shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list.
Notify your distributor of any missing items.
If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage.
Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Remove clips and plastic cover as shown.

Find and mark the exact location of mounting holes.

Drill pilot holes.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Clean the TV wall mount with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not use detergents and make sure that the TV wall mount does not get wet.

Storage

Store the TV wall mount in a clean and dry place.
Do not store the device in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the TV wall mount with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.

Service and Warranty

Douxe provides a 1-year warranty on its products.
To get service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase.
Product defects must be reported within 1 year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
