Product Usage Instructions

Tools Needed

  • Measuring tape
  • Marker pen
  • Circular saw
  • Water level
  • Hammer
  • Ratchet strap
  • Extra hands
  • Silicone gun (Only for glass-wall models)
  • Drill
  • Crescent wrench
  • Utility knife
  • Rubber mallet

Wooden Front Wall Installation

  1. Fix the wooden front wall diagonally to make the wall more rigid during installation.
  2. Use the provided brackets inside to secure the front wall.

Wooden Back Wall Installation

  1. Pre-drill holes using a 5/32 drill bit before inserting screws.
  2. Position the cradles inside the grooves of stave 2 and install the back wall.

Barrel Assembly

  1. Make sure the diagonal measurements are equal to 63 inches.
  2. Install the center stave 2 on cradle 1.
  3. Use water level to ensure proper alignment.
  4. Temporarily fix the staves to support the walls.

Outer Band Installation

  1. When tightening screws, be sure to leave a 1/4″ gap to allow for adjustment when installing the outer bands (B).
  2. Use the provided strap to support the boards during installation.
  3. Remove the temporary bracing after the outer bands are installed.

Board Bridging

  1. Join two boards together to bridge the width of the A gap. The combined boards should be approximately 1/4″ wider than the gap.
  2. Raise slightly before installing the combined board.
  3. If needed, trim the flat edge of the board to create the desired width.
  4. Fasten the two halves using screws.

Final Steps

  1. Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the cradle.
  2. Remove all temporary braces.
  3. Install vents (upper and lower) as instructed.
  4. Follow the front-glass wall installation manual for proper bench installation if applicable.
  5. Pre-drill holes before installing benches.
  6. Use a level for bench installation.
