Product Usage Instructions
Tools Needed
- Measuring tape
- Marker pen
- Circular saw

Wooden Front Wall Installation
- Fix the wooden front wall diagonally to make the wall more rigid during installation.
- Use the provided brackets inside to secure the front wall.
Wooden Back Wall Installation
- Pre-drill holes using a 5/32 drill bit before inserting screws.
- Position the cradles inside the grooves of stave 2 and install the back wall.
Barrel Assembly
- Make sure the diagonal measurements are equal to 63 inches.
- Install the center stave 2 on cradle 1.
- Use water level to ensure proper alignment.
- Temporarily fix the staves to support the walls.
Outer Band Installation
- When tightening screws, be sure to leave a 1/4″ gap to allow for adjustment when installing the outer bands (B).
- Use the provided strap to support the boards during installation.
- Remove the temporary bracing after the outer bands are installed.
Board Bridging
- Join two boards together to bridge the width of the A gap. The combined boards should be approximately 1/4″ wider than the gap.
- Raise slightly before installing the combined board.
- If needed, trim the flat edge of the board to create the desired width.
- Fasten the two halves using screws.
Final Steps
- Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the cradle.
- Remove all temporary braces.
- Install vents (upper and lower) as instructed.
- Follow the front-glass wall installation manual for proper bench installation if applicable.
- Pre-drill holes before installing benches.
- Use a level for bench installation.
