1. Use scrap piece of wood to protect plywood

2. Apply waterproof silicone to the groove

1. CAUTION!
   Do not hit the glass with the screw.

2. Install front glass-wall same way as instructed in main manual.

3. DET U
   Fix it diagonally to make wall more rigid during the installation.

4. Proceed with main manual until benches installation!

1. WARNING: Do not let screws touch glass!
2. Drill holes ⅛” before screws.

1. Under the benches both sides.
2. Pre-drill holes ⅛”
3. Fasten screws under the benches on both sides
4. CAUTION! Do not hit the glass with the screw.

Wooden back wall assembly

Details

1. Pre-drill holes 5/32″ before screws.

1. Brackets inside.
2. Install front glass-wall same way as instructed in main manual.

1. Diagonal measurements should be equal

Center stave 2 on cradle 1

1. Position cradles inside grooves of stave 2

1. Drill 4 holes Ø1/2″ through DET 2 outside

1. Fix temporarily to support walls.
2. Use waterlevel
3. Brackets inside
4. Check walls installation manual on extra pages!
5. Sauna wall configuration depends on Your model!
6. IMPORTANT! Be sure to leave a 1/4”gap when tightening screws to leave room for adjustment when the outer bands (B) are installed.

5. Use strap to support boards during installation

1. Join two boards together (as shown in diagram II) that will bridge the width of the “A” gap. It is recommended that the combined boards are approximately 1/4″ wider than the gap.
2. If needed, trim the flat edge of the board to create the desired width.

1. Fasten the two halves using screws
2. Raise slightly before installing the combined board

1. Remove strap
2. Place the bands around the barrel on the outer side of the cradle.

E7G Barrel Sauna 71D” x 81H”

1. Remove all temporary braces
2. Upper vent
3. Lower vent

1. Pre-drill holes Ø5/32″ before screws.
2. 72″ and 88″ Saunas with front-glass wall have 4 pc. of DET 10a.
3. NB! If Your sauna equipped with front-glass wall, see front-glass wall installation manual for proper benches installation.

1. Pre-drill holes 1/8″
2. Use level for installation of benches

1. 72″ & 88″ Saunas with front-glass walls have four pieces of 10c.
2. Under the benches

1. If needed – To accommodate the size of your heater, trim 15A on the end that meets the back wall, before adding part H
2. Mount sauna heater before installing safety rail, per manufacturer’s recommended safety clearance

1. Use waterlevel!
2. X = Front wall thickness Wooden front wall 1⅛” Glass front wall 1⅝”

1. Fasten door from inside.

2. Ensure door frame is pressed tightly against the wall and fasten from inside

1. Overlap shingles on top

2. Cut off

3. Cut and use other end.

4. Check also roof shingles installation manual inside package.

5. Cut DET N into three equal segments
