SION vacuum circuit-breakers 3AE6 Lateral – for all switching tasks in medium- voltage distribution systems – are suitable for installation in all common, new, reinsulated medium-voltage switchgear. However, thev vacuum circuit- braker is also ideally suited for retrofit measures in existing switchgear.

The combination of SION with the 3-position alternating current switches from the SIMOSEC Core Parts product range makes the use of the SION vacuum circuit- breaker even more universal.

The slim design of the circuit-breaker is matched to the size of the enclosed isolators from the SIMOSEC Core Parts. Disconnectors and circuit-breakers can thus be combined without any problems. For switchgear manufacturers, the advantage is that they have access to factory-manufactured and type-tested individual components, ready for installation in an air-insulated switchgear panel.

SIMOSEC core parts and SION vacuum circuit-breakers are alsoavailable in ready-made cubicles from the SIMOSEC series.

You benefit from a type-tested, air-insulated, modular switchgear with high reliability and successful operation since 2001 with an experience value of more than 1,500,000 bay units of the 8DJH, 8DJ, 8DH and SIMOSEC series.
