Ensure that the headset fits closely on the top of your head. We recommend gently pulling the headset cups to fit them onto your head, rather than pulling them as far apart as possible. Then, adjust the height accordingly.

How to use
Connecting to Bluetooth
- 1. Power on the headset by switching the power switch to the “ON” direction. You should hear a “power on” prompt and see the blue light of the power indicator on for 2 seconds before it starts flashing red and blue lights alternately, indicating that the headset is in Bluetooth search pairing mode.
- Search for the headset name “HEO-301” in your Bluetooth device list and select it for pairing. Once the pairing is successful, you should hear the “connected” prompt.
- The headset will remember previously paired devices, so you can simply turn on the Bluetooth of the device you want to connect to. The headset will automatically connect to the most recently connected device. If there is no return connection, you can manually find the headset in the Bluetooth list and select “HEO-301” to connect again.
When the HEO-301 headset enters Bluetooth search pairing mode, the LED lights on the headset will flash alternately in red and blue. Once the pairing is successful, the LED lights will turn off. In working mode, the blue light will flash once every 10 seconds.
Using the cable to connect
The headset can be connected to a device of your choice by plugging it in
directly via the cable. If the headset is in Bluetooth mode when you plug in
the cable, it will automatically power off and switch to line-in mode.
Charging the headset
The headset are partially charged at the factory, but we recommend fully
charging them before using them for the first time.
- The headset have a built-in battery, so it’s important to charge them at least once every two months if they are not used for an extended period of time.
- The package includes a USB C charging cable that can be used to charge the headphones by plugging them into a power supply (recommended charger 5V/1A).
- During charging, the red light will be on steadily, and the blue light will turn on steadily after the headset are fully charged.
Warning
When the headset is in Battery low status , the LED colorful light will go off
automatically
