Safety instructions

Restrictions on use

  • Do not use it outdoors or in commercial and industrial environments.
  • Do not store this product in the boot of your car or other locations in your vehicle to avoid high or low temperatures affecting battery life.
  • Do not use it in environments above 40° C or below 4° Corin humid conditions.

Batteries and charging

  • This product can only be charged using the CZH0152650CNWH power adapter.
  • Do not use any third-party batteries, power adapters, or charging stands.
  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the battery, power adapter, or charging stand yourself.
  • Do not charge or install the charging stand in areas near heat sources or moisture (e.g. radiators, bathrooms).
  • Do not clean the power adapter or charging stand with a wet cloth or wet hands.
  • Do not dispose of the battery at will, it should be disposed of by a professional recycling organization.
  • If the power cord is damaged or broken, please stop using it immediately and contact customer service for assistance.
  • If the product is not used for a long period of time, please unplug the power adapter after it has been fully charged and place it in a cool, dry place and recharge it at least once every 3 months to avoid over-discharging the battery.

Shipping
If you need to transport the product, it is recommended to use the original packaging.

Installation

Caution:
The floor brush, water tank, and extension rod are only purchased with the floor brush version! The actual parts are related to the package purchased, please follow the display page of the purchase channel and negotiate with the seller!

Instructions for use

Starting the hoover
Start the vacuum cleaner after pressing the switch for 3 seconds in the shutdown state

Shift gears
After starting the vacuum cleaner, press the switch button, and the vacuum cleaner will switch between the ‘standard’-‘acceleration’-‘shutdown’ cycle.

Note : After charging or shutting down, the gear will return to the default standard gear.

Stopping operation
When the hoover is started in standard gear, pressing the button for the second time puts the hoover into acceleration, and pressing the button again stops the hoover.

Charging
The Hoover supports direct charging from the power adapter.

Caution:

  • The hoover will not work while it is charging.
  • The battery temperature is high after continuous use in the accelerator position and charging may be slower at this time.

Troubleshooting tips
If the hoover does not work properly, please refer to “Troubleshooting” for solutions.

Precautions in use

  1. When sweeping with a hand-held Hoover floor or bed brush, some fabric surfaces may become Limited or difficult to push. If this happens, it is recommended to use a brush or crevice nozzle when vacuuming.
  2. Before vacuuming highly polished floors (wooden floors or polished tiles), check that the floor brush (especially the brush head position) is free from foreign objects that could scratch the floor.
  3. Before using the handheld hoover, make sure that the dust container, internal cyclone assembly, pre-filter, and rear HEPA filter are in place.
  4. Do not block the exhaust port when vacuuming.
  5. For fine dust such as flour and decorative dust, use the Hoover only when the dust level is low.
  6. Do not use the hoover to pick up sharp and hard objects, small toys, pins, paper clips, etc. to avoid damage to the hoover and the floor.
  7. Please pay attention to personal safety when using this product to clean dangerous areas such as stairs and windows.
  8. Do not place the product on high places such as tables, or chairs or lean on other objects to avoid damage caused by slipping or tipping.
  9. The movement of the Hoover brush may cause an uneven surface gloss on waxed floors, so wipe the floor with a damp cloth and polish with floor wax.

Cleaning the drum of foreign objects

  1. When the brush head is in operation, if a large foreign body is drawn in or too many hairs are entangled, the drum may stop and needs to be cleaned in time.
  2. Make sure that the brush head is disconnected from the main unit before cleaning the entangled foreign body. This will prevent the machine from being started by mistake and causing personal injury.

Caution:
Be careful with sharp objects when removing foreign objects from the drum

Care and Maintenance

Product care

  1. Please make sure that you use original parts, otherwise you may not be able to enjoy the warranty service.
  2. lf the filter or suction head is clogged, the fan will stop working intermittently for a few times, please clean the filter and suction head in time.
  3. If the product is not used for a long time, please unplug the power adapter after a full charge and place it in a cool and dry place, do not place it in direct sunlight or in a humid environment. Charge the battery at least once every 3 months to avoid over-discharging.

Cleaning the dustbin

  1. Before cleaning the dust bin, disconnect the power adapter and keep the handheld hoover switched off. Once the dust has reached the “MAX” mark, continued use of the dust bin will affect the effectiveness of the vacuum, so please clean it as soon as possible before using it again.
  2. To empty the dust, Observe the buckle, rotate the dust collection to the bucket to open the buckle, and then pull outward the Dust collection
  3. Remove the filter element and remove the dust collection bucket for cleaning
  4. Rinse the dust container with clean water. It is recommended to clean it at least once a month. If the conductive contacts are dirty, wipe them with a soft dry cloth.

Caution :

  • Do not use detergents, polishes or air fresheners to clean the dust container.
  • Do not wash the dust container in a dishwasher etc.

Clean the filter screen

We recommend cleaning at least once a month

Caution:

  • Before preparing for cleaning, ensure that the product is disconnected from the power adapter and take care not to press the switch to start the machine.
  • Check and clean the pre-filter and cyclone assembly regularly according to the instructions to ensure performance.
  • The filter may require more frequent cleaning when cleaning fine dust or when working mainly in the ‘MAX” position.
    1. Remove the dust collection drum. Observe the buckle and remove the dust collector,
    2. Remove the filter screen from the vertical dust-collecting
    3. Rinse the filter and cyclone assembly with cold water until clean. After rinsing, shake the filter dry
    4. Allow the filter and cyclone assembly to air dry for at least 24 hours to ensure thorough drying.

Caution:
Do not wash the filter in a dishwasher, or washing machine or dry it in a tumble dryer, oven, microwave, or with hot air or open flame.

After drying, return the filter

Installing the pre-filter

  1. Place the screen face up.
  2. Place the filter screen into the dust collector box.
  3. Push the filter element into the dust collector box and place it smoothly
  4. Tilt the dust container slightly towards the main unit.
  5. Observe the position of the buckle and rotate the dust collector, until a click is heard and the dust container snaps into place

Cleaning the brush head roller(Rolling brush)
Please follow the instructions below for regular inspection and cleaning to maintain its performance. Before removing the roller, ensure that the brush head is separated from the main unit to avoid accidental start-up of the machine and personal injury.

Caution:
The roller part of the bed brush must be removed and cleaned separately. Do not use water to clean the electrical components in the body of the bed and floor brushes and the bearings in the rollers of the floor brushes.

  1. Turn the brush head upside down and slide the latch down on the side of the brush head to open the latch.
  2. Turn the end cap to the open position. Gently slide the roller away from the hoover.
  3. Clean the tangled hairs from the roller and the end cap separately.
  4. Once it is clean, attach the end caps to the roller.
  5. Once the end caps are in place with the corner recognition, put the roller back on. Once the roller is in place, slide the latch upwards to lock the brush head.

The lithium-ion batteries in this product contain chemicals that can pollute the environment and must be dismantled and disposed of at a professional battery recycling facility before disposal. The following information applies only when disposing of this Hoover and is not intended to be used for daily operation Steps for removing the battery

  1. Remove the dustbin and unscrew the three screws on the inside of the main unit where the batteries are attached.
  2. Remove the gear cutter button and the screws underneath, then remove the handle cover and the screws at the bottom.
  3. Unplug the 3 connectors on the battery and remove the battery.

Caution:

  • When removing the battery, make sure that the battery is fully charged and that the adapter is disconnected.
  • When disconnecting the connectors, make sure that the positive and negative electrodes do not come into contact with each other, as this may cause a short circuit.
  • Do not damage the battery housing as this may cause a short circuit or leakage of hazardous substances.
  • If you come into contact with battery exudate, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
