Pairing with Mobile/PC/ Laptop

Turn on the Bluetooth function of the user’s mobile phone (or other Bluetooth devices) to search or pair with YYK-520 headset. Once found, click on the YYK-520 to pair. (The password is 0000 if needed). After successful pairing and connection, the headset indicator light will go off, indicating that the pairing connection is successful.

Power On/Off (Switch Button)

1. Power on: Press and hold the Switch button for about 1 second until the blue light turns on, once it’s on, the red and blue lights will flash alternately. (At this stage, it enters pairing mode, waiting for connection)
2. Power off: Press and hold the Switch button for 5 seconds and the red and blue flashing light will turn off.
3. Automatic Power on: Unplug the Type-C charging cable which is connected to the top of the headset.
4. Automatic Power off: The device will shut down automatically after 3 minutes without connection with any devices.
5. Automatic Power off: Place the headset back into the charging compartment and close the case.

Waterproof in daily activities (including sweating, rain, face-washing, and showering, except swimming in water, etc.)

Note that the Wireless signal of mobile phones can’t be transmitted in water.

Attention

1. Please avoid disassembling/reassembling the product in case of failure or fire accident.
2. Please keep away from corrosive liquids to prevent the product from being damaged.
3. Please avoid exposure to extreme temperatures below 10°C, or above 60°C.
4. Please keep it beyond the reach of kids or pets.
5. Please mind contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches.
6. Please avoid use on thundering and rainy days to prevent damage or electrical shock.
7. In the case of non-use for above a month, please charge regularly for maintenance.
8. As the Wireless signal cannot transmit in water, it is not suitable for swimming or diving.

Q&A

Why is the sound of the headset quiet?
If the headset volume is increased to the volume limit via the headset volume

• button. Please try to increase the volume via the android phone volume+ button. If you can’t increase the sound of the headphones through the volume keys of your phone, please contact us via email and we will give you a satisfactory answer.

How to connect Echo and Alexa?
-Activate Alexa/Echo App- Setting- Add New Devices- Bluetooth – Pairing New Devices -Search Devices- YYK-520 -Pair/Connect – Play Audio

How to charge the headset?

• Connect the type C port to the top of the headset
• While charging the red LED indicator light will be on, and the red light will be off when the headset is fully charged.
• Place the headset back into the charging compartment.

Why cannot I detect Wireless?

Why Wireless pairing failure?

• The Wireless range is 10m; please ensure no obstacles and place the mobile phone close to the headset.
• If the headset is connected to other mobile phones or devices, please disconnect first.
• Please reboot the Wireless device and reset the headset.

How to reset?
Make sure the headset is off, press and hold the Switch button for 8 seconds.

Why does the headset turn off automatically?
Please ensure sufficient battery level. In addition, the headset will automatically disconnect Wireless for 10 minutes if no device is connected.

Why cannot I recharge the headset?

1. Please ensure the charging cable or charger is in a good state and with proper connection.
2. To ensure proper connection, press the headset to fully connect the charging points to the charging bin.
3. The headset charging points might be stained with dust or sweat. When placing them into the charging bin for recharging, please clean them with alcohol or cloth.
4. Please wipe the sweat on the headset before putting it into the charging bin, and the indicator lights will turn on.
5. Once the prompt tone “Low Batteey” appears, please recharge the headset. When the number displayed by the LED lights on the charging bin reaches “10”, please recharge the charging bin.

Please pay attention to not using up the battery of the headset and charging bin, as it may shorten the service life of the built-in lithium battery.

To guarantee the service life of the quality headset, please refer to the instructions as follows:

1. Please keep away from high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive environments.
2. Please avoid bumping, falling, bending, and soaking.
3. Please do not disassemble the headset or charging bin.
4. Please do not overcharge for a long time, which will shorten the service life.
5. In the case of feeling any discomfort or pain, please stop using the product.
6. Please use a certified DC 5V-1A adaptor from the manufacturer under the supervision of regulatory authorities. Repeated charging and discharging will impair the battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable electronic products.
