1| Mouse is not working
| I. Poor contact between the receiver and the •SII port on the device| Try
reconnecting or plugging into a different CSB port on the computer

indicator light is lit when the switch is toggled from the OFF position to the
ON position. _.Check if the corresponding indicator light on the 2.4G node is
on and whether the receiver is properly connected to the computer or
recognized by the USB port (if not recognized. try changing the port or
unplugging and plugging it in again). 3. Check if the mouse is connected to
811 B72 if using Bluetooth.
3. Battery is low or empty| The mouse has a built-in lithium battery that can
be charged by connecting it
2| 2.46 is not connected keeps disconnecting| 1. The mouse may lose its ID
code due to high temperature or high magnetic field exposure| Try re-coding by
pressing and holding the left. right. and middle buttons
–
for three seconds and then inserting the receiver again.
2.The connection distance is too far| Reduce the distance between the receiver
and the moose and try again.
3. Poor contact with the computer’s USB Port| Try reconnecting or plugging
into a different USB port on the contruter.
4.The coding distance is too far| Reduce the distance between the receiver and
the mouse and try coding again.
5.the receiver of another brand is mixed in| Replace the original receiver and
try coding again.
6.Tho receiver of the same model is mixed in| Simply re-code It.
7.The power switch is set To the “OFF” Position| Set the power switch to the
“ON” position.
3| Bluetooth and 2.46 have short connection distances and are easily
disconnected| 1.0bstacles or other wireless devices in the surroundings may
cause interference| Try reducing the number of obstacles (such as reducing the
use of other
wireless devices in the area and reducing the number of walls in between).
Other devices using Bluetooth or 2.46 will affect the receiving distance. It
is recommended to Iry connecting in a different location.
2.The battery is empty or low| Charge the battery promptly after receiving a
low battery warning.
3. The distance between the computer and the mouse receiver is too far|
Reduce the distance between the mouse and the computer.
4| Bluetooth cannot be paired cannot search for Bluetooth| I. Other devices
nearby are causing interference| Connect in an area with fever electronic
devices.
2. Incorrect operating method| Turn on the computer’s Bluetooth first. keep
the mouse in Bluetooth
detection mode. turn on the product. find the corresponding Bluetooth name.
and click “Pair.”
3. Mouse or computer malfunction (have the customer open the Bluetooth
function on their phone to search for the rouse and confirm whether the phone
can connect to it. If it can connect
successfully. it moans that the motme’s
Bluetooth is working fine. and the problem may be with their computer’s
Bluetooth)| Close the product and computer’s Bluetooth. then restart the
search for
connection. or try again with another computer.
9. The device cannot be found| The Bluetooth version on the computer is lower
than the Bluetooth version on the mouse (the a:waiter’s Bluetooth version is
backward compatible. while the mouse’s Bluetooth version is upward compatible.
The computer is the
receiving end. and the mouse is the transmitting end).
5.The polring distance has been exceeded| Reduce the distance between the
mouse and the computer.
6. The pairing time was tri. :sod and it did not enter the pairing state|

5| Bluetooth k 2.46 cannot reconnect| 1. There is no corresponding option for
Bluetooth and 2.4G.| If the computer is connected to 1311. the Bluetooth

4. Out of range for reconnection| Reduce the distance between the mouse and

5.The computer•s Bluetooth has deleted the pairing information of the mouse
(for Bluetooth connection).| We recommend that customers do not delete the
Bluetooth pairing records from their computer’s history.
6| The scroll wheel Is reversed| 1.1n the Mac operating system. the
scroll wheel is mistakenly set to natural scrolling.| Cancel the natural
scrolling setting (specific method: find the ‘Mouse’ icon in “Preferences” in
the global menu and click it. uncheck the box in front of “Scroll direction:
Natural”).
2. In the Windows operating system the
scroll wheel registry parameter is mistakenly set to “l” due to system updates
and other reasons.| Reinstall the system or set the scroll wheel registry
parameter. and set the
scroll wheel registry to TO” (specific method: Device Manager -> Mouse and
other cointing devices -> HID-Compliant Mouse -> Details -> Properties ->
Hardware ID -> Value -> The second line in the display area is the current
scroll wheel registry name. Press the ‘Win” key and the “R” key. then type
“regeditT. Registry -> Computer -> HKET_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM ->
CurrentControlSet -> Enum -> HID -> Open the corresponding folder based on the
last found current scroll wheel registry name -> Device Parameter ->
FlipFlopSheel -> Change TIT to TO” -> Restart the computer or reinstall the
system).
IN| Delayed response / Cursor lag / Cursor abnormality| 1. The computer is
running slowly.| I.Opt:mita the computer.

2.The connect on distance is too far (the connection distance of some products
under the condition of no signal interference is 10 meters. which depends on
the actual requirements of the product). In an environment with signal
interference. the correction distance will be reduced.| Reduce the distance
between the receiver and the noes,’ and try ;main.

5.The trackball is dirty or the lens is dusty| Ramona the trackball and clean

reccmmend that customers plug the receiver into the front of the compote: case
as much as possible. so that there are as few metal obstructions as possible
between the receiver and the mouse.
8| Sensitivity issue| I. Low battery power (for wireless mice)| Charge it in
time.
2.The DPI is set too high| Lower the DPI.
3.The resolution of the display is too high.| Increase the DPI or decrease the
display resolution.
9| The scroll wheel does not work| 1. Sane compute: applications do not
support It.| We reccemend trying other applications.
10| One mouse connects to two computer: (not at the same time)| 1. In 2.46
mode. it’s In• (one mouse can
only connect to one receiver in 2.46 :rode. and one receiver can connect to
milt Iola 2.46 mice. with no known limit. provided that the mice are the sane
=daft in Bluetooth mode. it’s also lvi (ono rouse can only connect to one
device in Bluetooth node. and one device can connect to multiple Bluetooth
mice anti l the device’ s connection limit is reached. provided that the mice
are the same model). Our mouse cannot connect or control multiple devices
simultaneously.| We suggest using anther 2.4G or Earetorith mode to connect to
the test device. and after switching to the other mode. avail automatically
reconnect to the second deuce. provided that the second mode nee a connection
record of the second device (the last connected device was the second one).
This way. you can snitch the mouse freey between two devices
II| The side buttons (forward k backward buttons) don’ t work.| I. systems
cannot use them by default.| We suggest using them on other operating systems.
12| Cannot wake up the mouse.| I. mouse cannot be awakened by
moving it when It is In sleep mode.| We suggest that customers press a button
on the mouse to wake it up.
13| Scrolling is too slow or too fast.| The vertical scrolling speed Is set
too low or too high.| I.We suggest that customers adjust the vertical
scrolling speed in the mouse properties settings. either increasing or
decreasing it.
