TROUBLESHOOTING

Here are some troubleshooting suggestions:

  1. There is no light output, or the lights does not work.
  2. Check the connection of power and main fuse.
  3. Check if the brightness lower than 20, add+ the brightness value by remote control.
  4. Lights does not respond to DMX control.
  5. DMX LED should be on. If not, check DMX connectors and cables for proper connection.
  6. If DMX LED is on but not responding to a channel, check the OMX address settings and OMX polarity.
  7. If you have intermittent DMX signal problems, check the pins on the cable connectors and on the lights.
  8. Try to use a different DMX controller.
  9. Interference may occur if OMX cables are run alongside high voltage cables.
  10. Lights responds erratically to DMX control.
  11. You may have a break in the DMX cabling. Check the LED for the response of the master/ slave mode signal.
  12. Wrong DMX address in the lights. Set the light to the proper address.
  13. Use of microphone cables for DMX connections can cause errors.
  14. The light doesn’t respond to sound.
  15. Make sure the light is not set to receive a DMX signal.
  16. Check the light’s internal microphone by tapping the microphone

  • Be sure that the local power outlet match that of the required volt-age for your unit.
  • Do not attempt to operate this unit if the power cord has been frayed or broken.
  • Do not attempt to remove or break off the ground prong from the electrical cord.
  • This prong is used to reduce the risk of electrical shock and fire in case of an internal short.
  • Do not remove the cover under any conditions. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
  • Never operate this unit when it’s cover is removed.
  • Never plug this unit in to a dimmer pack.
  • This unit is intended for indoor use only, use of this product outdoors voids all warranties.
  • Heat – The appliance should be situated away form heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • The light should be serviced by qualified service personnel When:
    • The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged.
    • Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance.
    • The appliance has been exposed to rain or water.
    • The appliance does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • The 9/12 RGBW is a DMX-512 controllable, full RGBW color mixing Par Can made up of high efficiency LEDs.
  • There are four color groups (red, green, blue and white) whose intensity can be controlled individually allowing the creation of an unlimited range of colors.
  • The 9/12 RGBW will operate in stand-alone, master/slave, sound activated and DMX-512 control modes.
  • Besides stand-alone operation, there are two main ways to control the fixture:
    • Universal DMX control mode
    • Master/Slave operation

REMOTE CONTROL MANUAL

  1. ON
  2. All ON : Tum on all lights in R,G,B,W as solid color. In this mode, 9 , 10 are available to adjust value.
  3. AUTO : Color change automatically. In this mode, only 10 is available to adjust Brightness.
  4. Sound activated mode: Color change and jump by music Rhythm. 10 12 are available.
  5. STROBE: Strobe speed controllable. 9 10 11 are available to adjust value.
  6. FADE: Lights breathe smoothly. 9 10 11  are available to adjust value.
  7. JUMP Change: Color auto change by jump. 10 11 are available to adjust value.
  8. PULSE Change: 9 10 11  are available to adjust value.
  9. COLOR+: Select color from 1-14.
  10. Brightness + : Adjust brightness from 0~255. (There’s no visible lights while brightness under 25)
  11. STROBE + : Control changing speed from 1 ~32.
  12. Voice Sensitivity+: Control Voice Sensitivity from 1~4 in Sound Mode.
