Description and Function
The product is a set of 10 battery-operated LED candles for use as indoor Christmas lights (IP20). The LED candles have a timer function, 2 lighting modes, and crocodile clips. The set also includes an 8-button remote control to set the timer function, the light mode, and the brightness.

The product is intended for indoor use as Christmas lights.

Preparation
Before using the product, make sure to prepare it properly:

Check that all components are included in the scope of delivery.

Commissioning
Follow these steps to insert and change the batteries:

Screw the crocodile clip (2) clockwise from the candle (1) to remove it.
If necessary, remove the old battery.
Insert a new battery into the candle, observing the polarity of plus and minus (make sure the plus side is facing forward).
Screw the crocodile clip counterclockwise back onto the candle.

Remote Control
Use the remote control to control the functions of the LED candles. The remote control has the following buttons:

Batteries

The batteries are replaceable.

Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
The remote control is equipped with a lithium-manganese button cell. If swallowed, there is a risk of severe internal burns or even death.
Seek immediate medical attention if you believe someone may have swallowed or otherwise ingested the battery.
Never use batteries when they are dented, leaked, or damaged.
Remove leaked, deformed, or corroded batteries from the product and dispose of them using appropriate protective equipment.
If a battery has leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. If necessary, rinse affected areas with water and seek medical attention immediately.
Do not deform, burn, or disassemble batteries, and never puncture them with a sharp object.
Extreme heat can lead to explosion and/or leakage of corrosive liquid. Mechanical damage can cause gaseous substances to escape, which can be highly irritating, flammable, or toxic.

Intended use

This product is intended exclusively for private use and its intended purpose. This product is not intended for commercial use. We do not permit using the device in other ways as described in the chapter „Description and Function“ or in the „Safety Instructions“. Use the product only in dry interior rooms. Not attending to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal accidents, injuries, and damages to persons and property. IP20: This product is protected against medium-sized foreign objects, but not against water ingress.

Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.

Commissioning

Inserting and changing the batteries
Before the first operation, when the brightness of the LEDs becomes weaker or they can no longer be switched on, new batteries must be inserted.

Unscrew the crocodile clip (2) clockwise from the candle (1).
Remove the old battery if necessary.
Insert a new battery into the candle, observing the polarity of plus and minus. Insert the battery into the candle with the plus pole first.
Screw the crocodile clip back onto the candle in an anticlockwise direction.

Fixing the LED candles
You can use the crocodile clips to attach the LED candles to the branches of your Christmas tree, for example. Keep a distance of approx. 10 cm between the individual candles.

Remote control

Removing the contact protector
The remote control is supplied with an inserted battery. There is also a contact protector in the battery compartment to prevent the battery from discharging. Pull the contact protector out of the battery compartment before use.

Changing the battery
Replace the empty battery with a new one of the same type if necessary.

Open the battery compartment (4) by pushing the small lever to the side and then pulling out the battery compartment and removing the empty battery.
Place the new battery in the battery compartment with the positive pole facing upwards and slide the battery compartment closed again.
Dispose of the empty battery properly.

Buttons

With the remote control you can set the timer function, the light mode, and the brightness as well as switch the LED candles on and off. You can control up to 40 candles with one remote control. The following buttons are available:

ON	Press the button to switch on the LEDs.
OFF	Press the button to switch off the LEDs.

4H, 8H

| Press one of the buttons to start the timer function. The number on the button

stands for the number of hours the candles are on in 24 hours.

For example, if you press the 4H button, the 4-hour timer is activated. The LED candles switch off automatically after 4 hours and switch on again after another 20 hours. If the set timer is not changed, the LED candles switch on and off at the same time every day.

Candle

| Press the button to activate the Candlelight mode.

In this mode, the LEDs simulate a flickering like from a real candle. The dimming function cannot be used.

Light| Press the button to activate the Standard light mode.

In this mode, the LEDs light up continuously.

| Press the button to reduce the brightness of the LEDs.
A total of 5 dimming levels are available.

| Press the button to increase the brightness of the LEDs.
A total of 5 dimming levels are available.

Maintenance, Care, Storage, and Transportation

The product is maintenance-free.

NOTICE! Material damage

Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
Do not use detergents or chemicals.
Store the product out of the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protected ambiance when not in use.
Remove batteries/rechargeable batteries when not in use.
Store cool and dry.
Keep and use the original packaging for transport.

Disposal instructions
