Important

1. The light therapy lamp is only intended for use on the human body;
2. When you first use it, please do not look directly at the light;

6. Do not touch the device with wet hands while it is plugged in; do not allow any water to be sprayed onto the device. The device must be operated only when it is completely dry;

Using Your Light Therapy Lamp

Use the power adapter to connect the lamp with the wall outlet.

1. Power Button/Light Brightness Button
   Press the power button/light brightness button to tum on the lamp, and press again to tum off the lamp;
   Long press the power button/light brightness button, to adjust the lamp brightness ;

2. Timer Button

   • When the light is on, press the timer button to enter the timer, the timer time is 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes respectively, and the corresponding timer indicator light is always on;
   • Long press to cancel timing;

3. Light Color Temperature Button

   • When you first turn on the lamp color temperature is cool white;
   • Press the light color temperature button the color temperature will change to daylight white;
   • Press the light color temperature button again, and the color temperature will change to warm white;
   • Press the light color temperature button, and the lights of 3 different colors(cool white/daylight white/warm white) will be switched in turn.

Tips

1. Our light therapy lamp has a memory function, it will remember your settings before it turns off, and the next time you tum it on, it will be the same brightness and color temperature as you set it last time;
2. Please note that each person’s response to light will vary, so it is important to find the settings (use distance, brightness, color and use time) that are most comfortable for you.

Care and Cleaning
