Save this box and all packing materials in case you need to return this product or any of its components. Shipping the product without the appropriate packing materials may result in damage to the components.

Note: See the enclosed instructions for packaging the system for shipment. Please contact your distributor or One Lambda if you need replacement packing material.

Packaging the Micro SSP Gel System for Shipping

If you need to ship or return the Micro SSP Gel System for service, you must repackage the components in the original shipping materials to avoid damage to the system.

• Important: Please retain the shipping box, plastic bags, and all foam cushioning materials so that the safety of the unit may be assured.

Packing Instructions

1. Place the foam cushion with the cutouts in the bottom of the box with the cutouts facing up.
2. Place combs in the gel box and slide the gel box into the plastic bag in which it was originally shipped.
3. Coil electrical leads and place them inside the gel box cover. Slide gel box cover into the plastic bag in which it was originally shipped.
4. Place the gel box in the larger of the two cutouts in the foam and seat it firmly into the cutout.
5. Place the gel box cover into the smaller cutout and seat it firmly into the cutout.
6. Place the solid foam cushion on top of the gel box and gel box cover and press it firmly into the box so the top is flush with the top edge of the box.
7. Place any accompanying paperwork on the top of the foam.
8. Seal the box with strong packing tape.
9. Ship the package to your One Lambda distributor or to One Lambda, Inc., as appropriate.
