1. Why don’t DR.CAR use a USB port, but a cigarette lighter?
   We did an experiment. It shows the cigarette lighter is brighter and more stable than the USB port. Because the output voltage of the cigarette lighter is 12V, but the USB plug is 5V, so even the 48 LEDs cigarette lighter car led lights are better than the USB port of 72LEDs brighter. So DR.CAR choose the cigarette lighter port!

2. When the button on the cigarette lighter fuse is turned on, will it drain my car battery?
   Don’t worry about this, the cigarette lighter does not pass any current when the LED light is not working, so it will not drain your car battery.

3. How to repair and maintain?
   Check the following conditions:
   -The wires whether has been broken.
   -The fuse whether was burned out.
   Maintenance precautions:
   -Replace spare fuse.
   -Using zip ties to bundle excess wires to prevent pulling.
   -Using under normal temperature and humidity

Three types of controllers

1. Manual Control Box M button: Short press will switch to music mode and light will jump with the music in the car. Press the button again, it will enter the red light standby mode.
2. Infrared Remote Control Notice: To achieve the best sensitivity of the remote, please aim the infrared remote control at the manual control box when controlling the lights(Because the box includes an IR signal receiving device).

| 1) Download the “Smart Life” APP, which both supports Android and IOS systems.

2) First open the APP, click “Add Device” and select “Automatic Scan”. For the first connection, please press and hold the “Power Button” of the control box, then wait for the color to change into red color and starts to flash, your smartphone will start to search and connect the car lights’ device(BT36 Magic Striplight).
3) When it reaches 100% connection, you can control the DR.CAR RGBIC Interior Car lights as you like. Each mobile phone only needs to cooperate once, and the Bluetooth will be automatically connected next time as it is turned on, which is very convenient!

1. Open the package, check the appearance of the strip light and all the components are in a good condition, power and turn on the cigarette lighter to test whether it lights up normally.
2. Place the control box and cigarette lighter in the center control area of the car, and place the first section of the strip lights on the rear seat footrest, then the connecting wires of the second and first section pass through the car’s B-pillar, place the second section of the strip lights on the footrest of the cab and vice cab.
3. Make sure that the pasting location is kept clean and no debris attached, otherwise, the adhesiveness of the adhesive tape will decrease.
4. Tear off the sticker of double-side tape, press the strip firmly in place, and hold for 5 seconds, so that the tape adheres to the mounting surface, then use zip ties to tie excess cables.
5. After installation, insert the cigarette lighter into power and press the switch button, if the button is lit, it means that the led strip is powered up. You could use APP/IR/Box to control the light and switch different light effects.
