INSTRUCTION

This product is applicable to joint the hot plastics material pipe, such as PP-R., PE., PP-C. The characteristic of this product is precise temperature control, high dependability, good safety and special no viscoplastic stripping technique.

  1. Main qualification:

  2. Service conditions: height above sea level is Not over 1 000meter
    Ambient temperature: -20 °C~ 50 °C
    Relative temperature: 45 °C ~ 95 °C
Voltage range: Alternating voltage 176Vs—245V 50±1Hz

  3. Heat temperature: 260±10 °C

  4. Safety figure: insulation resistance not smaller than 1 MO
Drain current: < 5 mA (alternate effective value)

  5. Operation guide:

  6. Fax the welding machine to the mold head, then put in to the hob, choose the tight mold head for different specification, wrench the whole machine by hexagonal socket, generally small one at front big one at behind.

  7. Drive into conduction
Switch on, there are two switch can control the head, red light is turn on that stand for the machine begin to heat, after the light black off, it means that welding machine enter to auto control, can be started, noticing when control automatically the red light and green light will replace to light up. This explain the machine under control, do not affect operation.

  8. Weld the pipe
Cut off the pipe vertically, push the pipe material and pipe piece to the mold head. Press the watch to start the operation. Dismantle the pipe material and pipe piece is from the mold head at the same time after reach the heating time, insert the needed depth quickly, and joint place will be symmetrical.
