Product Information

  • Specifications:
    • Power button: Long press to turn on the device. Press 1 second to lock/unlock the interface. Long press 10 seconds to force shutdown. Press 2 seconds to restart and take a screenshot.
    • Volume button: Press up/down to adjust media, call, and notifications volume. Go to settings to adjust the ring and alarm volume.
    • Barcode scanning button: Long press any of the scanning buttons for 3 seconds to activate the scanner. Short press to scan codes.
    • Physical buttons: F1 (long press to open Google search, short press to open settings), F2 (long press to view current items, short press to open camera), Home button (short press to go back to home screen).
    • Combination key: Press the volume down key and the power key at the same time for two seconds to take a screenshot.
    • Touch buttons: From right to left – Recent Apps button, Home screen button, Return button.
    • SIM card and TF card installation: Turn off the device before installing or removing SIM cards or TF cards. Slide the switch to the right to unlock the battery cover, remove the battery, and insert the SIM card in the indicated direction. SIM card type is a Micro SIM card. Both SIM 1 and SIM 2 support 4G LTE. After inserting the SIM card, close the battery cover and slide the switch to the left to lock it.

    • Apps & Notifications: Tab and slide up from the homepage to find all related apps. Tap the return icon at the bottom of the screen to return to the homepage. In Settings, go to Apps & Notifications to check recently opened apps and default apps. Set up app permissions like location, microphone, camera, etc.
    • Notifications: Notifications include new messages, calendar events, or ongoing events like caller diverting or calling status. Open notifications to check phone operator or open message, reminder, or events notifications. To interact with a notification, tap it to open the related app. Slide it down and tap and press the bottom to slide up and shut down the notification.
    • Unknown sources: In Settings, go to Apps & Notifications -> Special app access -> Install unknown apps to allow or disallow downloading applications from non-electric markets. Be cautious as allowing unknown sources may make your phone and personal data vulnerable to attacks from unknown applications.

Product Usage Instructions

  • Power Button
    • Long press the Power button to turn on the device. It will take some time to finish initial settings like language, time zone, and wifi.
    • In any interface, press the power button for 1 second to lock or unlock the interface. Long press the power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown. Press the power button for 2 seconds to find restart and take a screenshot.
  • Volume Button
    • Press the volume up/down buttons to adjust the media, call, and notification volume. To adjust the ringtone and alarm volume, go to Settings.
  • Barcode Scanning Button
    • There are 2 barcode scanning buttons on the left and right sides of the device, indicated by the orange colour.
    • When the scanner is off, long press any of the scanning buttons for 3 seconds to activate the scanner.
    • Short press the scanning button to scan codes. Before scanning, open a dialogue box and put it in the typing status to view the code information in the dialogue box.
  • Physical Buttons

    • After inserting the SIM card, close the battery cover and slide the switch to the left to lock it.

Power button:
Long press the Power button to turn-on the device. When turned on, it will take a little bit of your time to finish some settings like language, time zone, wifi, etc. In any interface, press the power button one second into the lock and unlock interface. Long press 10seonds power button to force shutdown, and press 2 seconds to find “restart” and “screenshot”.
Volume button:
Press up/down to adjust media, call, and notification volume. To adjust the ring, alarm volume etc, go to settings.
Barcode scanning button:
There are 2 barcode scanning buttons on the left and right sides of the device which is orange. When it’s off, Long press any of the scanning buttons for 3seconds to activate the scanner. Short press the scanning button to scan codes.
( Note: before scanning, you should open a dialog box and put it in the typing status, the code information will show in the dialog box. Please reference the pictures as below)

Physical button(from left to right)

  • F1: Long press to open Google search, short press to open settings.

Combination key

  1. Press the volume down key and the power key at the same time for two seconds to complete screen shot.
  2. Touch buttons (from right to left): Press this icon enter to see the most recently used application.
    • Home screen: back to home screen
    • Return Back: back to last interface or exit current program.
  3. Install SIM card, TF card
    • Please turn off the device before you install or take out the SIM cards or TF card.
    • Please slide the switch to the right to unlock the battery cover, remove the battery and insert the SIM card in the direction indicated on the label.
    • The SIM card type is a Micro SIM card.SIM1 and SIM2 both support 4G LTE.
    • After inserting the SIM card, put the battery cover
    • Close the battery cover and slide the switch to the left to lock the battery cover.

Apps & Notifications

Apps

  • When in homepage, tab and slide up to find all related apps. Tab return icon on the bottom of the screen to return to homepage.
  • Setting->apps & notifications, check recently opened apps and default apps. Setting up app permissions like location, microphone, camera, etc.

Notifications

  • Notification will include new message, Calendar events or ongoing events, such as in caller diverting or in calling status.
  • You could also open notification to check phone operator or open message, reminder or events notification. When there is a new notification.
  • Below operations could be done after you slide it down to open the notification
  • Tab the notification to open relating app.
  • Tab and press the bottom then slide up to shut down the notification.

Unknown sources

  • Setting->apps&notifications-> special app access->install unknown apps, setting if it’s allowed to download application from non-electric market.
  • When your setting is allowed, your phone and personal data will be easy to be attacked by applications of unknown sources, you will be responsible for the loss because of these applications.

Home page management

Expand the homepage

  • Main interface to go beyond the screen width for more spaces in which new shortcuts, widgets and more other items can be added.
  • In addition, users can horizontally swipe their fingers at the homepage screen to move to the left or right of the expanded the homepage interface.
  • Choosing widgets, add whichever one you want to show in the homepage, it will automatically in the blank space of homepage.
  • When in homepage interface, tab and pin any app icon, to drag it to the blank space of homepage.

Move homepage interface icons:

  1. Tabbind and oin the icon till device vibration
  2. Stay still of your finger and drag the icon to the place where you want it to be on the homepage.

Remove homepage interface icons.

  1. Tabbing and pin the icon till device vibration
  2. Stay still of your finger, drag the icon to “remove” When all the icons and widgets in the homepage been deleted, this homepage will be deleted automatically.

Wireless and network

SIM:

  • Setting SIM1 or SIM 2 card turn on/off which in the menu settings Network&internet–>SIM cards.
  • When in dual standby mode, choose preferred carrier in settings->Network&Internet->Sim cards->preferred sim for

Wi-Fil

Settings Network&internet-》Wi-Fi-》turn on-> choose the Wi-Fi name and input the password to connect to Wi-Fi

Settings Connected devices Connection preferences Bluetooth turn on choose the one of available devices to pair.

Privacy

  • Privacy are including the Location/Show Passwords/Device admin apps /Encryption and credentials/Trust agents/Screen pinning-related management.
  • Location: setting the functions related to position positioning.

Enryption & credential:

  • Trust Agents: Allows the application to access security credentials and other credentials. Storage and installation from a mobile phone:After clicked ,you will Install storage encryption certificates from mobile. Clear credentials: Clear all the credential store content.

Accounts

  • Add account: You can add accounts, add the required account; Through the full synchronization, set all current account into sync. Conventional synchronous Settings to set the background data, automatic synchronization.

Backup & reset options **System- >Backup & reset options**

  • Through the factory default, remove all the data on the phone. Remove data including: account, system and application data and Settings, download should be: select the appropriate language, setting the keyboard and select the default input method.
  • The application does not delete data including the current system software, SD Calvin parts, such as music or photos.

  • setting Automatic date & time, Automatic time zone, Use 24-hour format.

Maintenance and Layup

User’s Manual for Battery

  • The rechargeable battery may serve as power source of the mobile phone. Please charge the battery when it becomes low in electricity. It is recommended to use up the battery capacity before charging for the sake of longer battery life.
  • Please do not attach the battery charger to any power supply if the charger is not in service. Never attach the charger to the battery for over one week as excessive charging will shorten the battery life.
  • The temperature will challenge the chargeable limit of the battery, so the battery may need to be cooled down or warmed up before charging. Charging will fail if the battery temperature is above 550C or below -200C.
  • Please only use the battery for its originally-designed purpose to avoid short circuit. A short circuit will occur if the cathode and anode of the battery are connected via a conductor.
  • Never use the battery if it has become damaged.
  • The battery life will become shortened if the battery is placed in any extremely hot or extremely-cold environment. The mobile phone may not function properly if the battery is exposed to any extremely-hot or extremely cold environment even if the battery is fully charged.
  • Do not put the battery in fire. Do not throw away any used batteries. Used batteries shall be sent to battery recycling services and disposed of following local regulations.
